Abstract
Procedeul, conform inventiei, în scopul obtinerii unei compozitii magnetoplastice pentru prelucrarea prin procedee de formare prin valtuire, calandrare, extrudere, presare si injectie, pentru obtinerea de magneti plastici, efectueaza malaxarea treptata a umplerii magnetice cu 0....60 parti în greutate plastifiant de orice tip si 100 parti în greutate amestec în orice proportie de polietilena clorsulfonata cu minimum 20% clor si polietilena sulfoclorurata cu minimum 0,5% sulf si minimum 20% clor si 1,5...6 parti în greutate stearina sau polimeri inferiori ai etilenei, pe valturi sau malaxoare interne la 20...70 degree C într-o singura operatie timp de 5...20 min, compozitie rezultata putînd fi folosita ca atare sub forma de benzi valtuite sau dupa o prealabila granulare sau mapruntire si pudrare superficiala, prin orice procedeu cunoscut, cu stearat de zinc în proportie de 0,1...2 parti în greutate la 100 parti în greutate material maruntit, iar deseurile rezultate în timpul operatiilor de preparare, prelucarea prin valtuire, calandrare, extrudere, injectie, stantare sau pro'venite din magneti plastici uzati se reintroduc în circjitul de fabricatie ca atare sau în amestec în orice proportie cu material proaspat preparate la malaxare daca sînt magnetizate sau dupa maruntire daca nu sînt magnetizate.
