Abstract
Procedeu de obtinere a unui extract vegetal cu proprietati antispastice prin care se supun uscarii si pulverizarii organele subterane ale plantei Petasiles hibridus, apoi extragerii repetate prin agitare cu acetona la rece, solutia extractiva se concentreaza apoi prin distilare pîna la 80%, se anhidrizeaza cu sulfat de sodiu, se filtreaza si din nou se concentreaza prin distilare la presiune redusa si temperatura pîna la 50 degree C pîna se obtine 2% extract moale de consistenta mierei, cu continut de 50% petasina si izopetasina, brun cu gust amar care se conditioneaza cu ajutorul excipientilor cunoscuti sub forma de comprimate.
