Abstract
PURPOSE: To promote the growth of agricultural crop plants without the fear of yellowing and growth inhibition of roots, by using a highly safe stevia extract or a material containing the same obtained from a perennial composite plant stevia native to South America in the cultivation of the agricultural crop plants.
CONSTITUTION: 0.01wt% or more, expressed in terms of the component, one or two or more stevia extract, e.g. steviolbioside, stevioside, stevioside A3, rebaudioside B, rebaudioside C or dulcoside A, or a material containing the same, preferably sodium, potassium, calcium or magnesium salt thereof, most preferably diterpenic glycoside containing the same is used in the cultivation of agricultural crop plants to promote the growth thereof.
