Abstract
Procedeu pentru îndepartarea defectelor superficiale de pe suprafata semifabricatelor metalice, utilizînd niste jeturi de oxigen dirijate asupra zonei de reactie, unde se realizeaza o anumita cantitate de metal topit si zgura pe suprafata semifabricatului metalic, semifabricat care are o deplasare relativa, pentru a mentine reactia termochimica pe toata lungimea dorita din suprafata semifabricatului respectiv, în scopul realizarii unor canale fara depuneri marginale de metal solidificat si al captarii fumului rezultat în timpul operatiei de curatire caracterizat prin aceea ca se dirijeaza cel putin un curent de fluid nereactiv deasupra zonei de reactie termochimica, sub forma unei pînze, si în partea din spate a baii de metal topit, pentruca împreuna cu suprafata semifabricatului respectiv, în scopul realizarii unor canale fara depuneri marginale de metal solidificat si al captarii fumului rezultat în timpul operatiei de curatire, caracterizat prin aceea ca se dirijeaza cel putin un curent de fluid nereactiv, deasupra zonei de reactie termodinamica, sub forma unei pînze, si în partea din spate a baii de metal topit, pentru ca împreuna cu suprafata semifabricatului, supusa operatiei de curatire, sa formeze un spatiu pentru captareafumului.A process for removing superficial defects on the surface of metallic preforms using some oxygen jets directed over the reaction zone where a certain amount of molten metal and slag is made on the surface of the semifinished metallic blank having a relative displacement to maintain the thermochemical reaction over the desired length in the surface of the blank, in order to form channels without marginal deposition of solidified metal and to collect the smoke produced during the cleaning operation, characterized in that at least one nonreactive fluid stream is directed over the thermochemical reaction zone, in the form of a canvas, and in the back of the molten metal bath, so that together with the surface of the blank, in order to form channels without marginal deposition of solidified metal and the removal of the smoke produced during the cleaning operation, characterized in that it is guided at least holds a non-reactive fluid flow over the thermodynamic reaction zone in the form of a canvas and in the back of the molten metal bath, in order to form a space for the capture of the smoke together with the surface of the blank to be subjected to the cleaning operation.
