Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda pentru determinarea complementului care prevede pulsarea reactivilor ce trebuie testati într-o cuva de reactie, dupa pulsarea ultimului reactiv, respectiv complementul efectuîndu-se masurarea timpului de initiere a reactiei de hemoliza prin masurarea luminii emergente captata de un senzor. Acest timp este apoi prelucrat cu un bloc de calcul, în scopul obtinerii valorii unei functii care rearezinta inversul logaritmului timpului de initiere a reactiei, valoare carese afla într-o relatie liniara fata de concentratiile produsului titrat pe o scara larga de dilutii. Aparatul realizat pe baza cestei metode prezinta simplitate în prelucrarea esantioanelor, datorita folosirii unei microprobe unice, fara tirare anterioara. Aparatul permite analiza cantitativa a reactiilor de fixare a complementului într-un timp foarte scurt prin folosirea unei singure probe, rezultatele putînd fi obtinute din curbele de referinta ale activitatii reactivilor standard.
