Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de oleandomicina cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care simbolul X reprezinta radicalul mai mic C=CH2, R, R1 si R2 reprezinta un atom de hidrogen sau un radical alchil cu 2...3 atomi de carbon, caracterizat prin aceea ca un compus, avînd formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R, R1 si R2 au semnificatiile sus-mentionate, se aduce în reactie, sub atomsfera de CO2, la temperatura camerei, cu o sare anorganica, care contine ionul unui metal, si anume, Cr la puterea 2+, Ti la 3+ sau V la 2+, într-un solvent inert în conditiile reactiei, de preferinta acetona, alcanoli inferiori, tetrahidrofuran, dupa care, în compusul obtinut poate fi eventual, înlocuit substituentul R2 cu radicali trifluoracetil, sililtrialchil inferior sau se prepara o sare de aditie cu un acid, prin metode cunoscute.Process for the preparation of oleandomycin derivatives of the general formula I wherein X represents the lower C = CH 2, R, R 1 and R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a 2- or 3-alkyl- carbon, characterized in that a compound having the general formula II wherein R, R 1 and R 2 have the abovementioned meanings is reacted under the CO2 atmosphere at room temperature with an inorganic salt, which contains a metal ion, namely, Cr at 2+, Ti at 3+ or V at 2+, in an inert solvent under the conditions of the reaction, preferably acetone, lower alkanols, tetrahydrofuran, whereupon in the compound obtained optionally replacing the R2 substituent with trifluoroacetyl radicals, lower alkyl silyl, or preparing an acid addition salt by known methods.
