Abstract

Procedeu de purificare a acidului fosforic obtinut pe cale umeda, prin aducerea în contact a acidului cu un solvent organic nemiscibil cu apa si apoi aducerea în contact a acestei faze organice cu un mediu apos, caracterizat prin aceea ca acidul fosforic este adus în contact cu metilizobutilcetona într-o singura treapta, în raport de greutate de la 0,5 la 2,0 de preferinta, de 1,0 la 1,5:1 fata de acidul obtinut prin procedeul umed, obtinîndu-se o faza cetonica în care concentratia acidului fosforic este de 28...48%, apoi faza organica este spalata cu apa sau cu acid fosforic în concentratie de 30...50% fata de acidul fosforic prezent în faza organica, dupa care faza organica este adusa în contact cu apa sau cu o baza în solutie apoasa într-o singura treapta la temperatura de 20...40 degree C, în scopul de a scoate întreaga cantitate de acid fosforic din faza organica.
