Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de înmulţire ex situ a entomofagului Trichogramma spp., cu utilizare în agricultură, pentru protecţia biologică a plantelor. Procedeul se realizează în etape, şi anume, mai întâi se colectează ouăle gazdei Sitotroga cerealella O., depuse la intervalul de 20...26 h, ouăle sunt pretratate timp de 5 min cu apă sărăcită în deuteriu, şi pe acest mediu are loc înmulţirea în masă a oofagului Trichogramma spp. la 23...25°C şi umiditate relativă de 75...85%, după care se face determinarea indicilor biologici ai populaţiei de Trichogramma spp., cum ar fi prolificitatea, procentul global de ecloziune şi procentul de femele eclozate. Temperatura de incubaţie şi de creştere a Trichogrammei spp. asigură indici biologici superiori ai indivizilor eclozaţi.
