It is known that a number of plant extracts, through their content in active ingredients, flavones, phytosterols, vitamins especially vitamin A, E and volatile oils, have remarkable effects on the epidermis and dermis.

Thus, the aqueous extract of the mouse's tail (Achillea millefolim) has an astringent, anti-inflammatory, calming, antiseptic and regenerating action; marigold extract (Calendula offlcinalis), soothing and regenerating; and chamomile extract {Matricaria chamomilla), an anti-inflammatory, soothing action known as an effective natural antiseptic. The extracts from craites (Tagetes patula) have antispasmodic action and due to sulfur compounds, phenolic acids and volatile oils, they also have a fungicidal and bactericidal effect.

The healing effect was revealed on 3 batches of white rats, which were caused by skin injury by electrocautery, under chloroform anesthesia. The treatment with the previously presented cream formulas was performed for a period of 7 days, during which time the creams were applied once a day.
