Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o metodă pentru detectarea prezenţei metiltioadenozinfosforilazei activă şi inactivă catalitic în celule de mamifere şi constă în aceea că se obţin mai întâi probe analizabile, dincelule care sunt suspecte ca fiind deficiente în MTAză, se adaugă sonde nucleotidice marcate, care au capacitatea de a hibridiza specific cu secvenţa de acid nucleic care codifică pentru MTAza din probă şi, în final, se detectează hibridizarea sondelor la oricare acid nucleic, prezent în probă. Invenţia se referă şi la o polinucleotidă care cuprinde secvenţe de acizi nucleici a SEQ. ID NR.1.
