Abstract
Corpurile compuse, conform inventiei, contin o matrice metalica din aliaje uzuale de aluminiu, cu continut de cel putin unul din elementele Si, Fe,Cu, mn, Cr, Ca, Zn, Mg si Sr, infiltrata spontan în proportie variabila în micro sau macroporozitatile comatricei interconectate tridimensional ce poate fi de natura ceramica sau metalica si de regula este constituit din fier, alumina, aluminiu si carbura de siliciu si care include sau nu o umplutura permeabila prestabilita. Procedeul conform inventiei, prevede realizarea infiltrarii spontane a matricei metalice pe baza de aluminiu, în micro si/sau macroporozitatile materialului interconectat tridimensional de natura ceramica sau metalica cu structura corespunzatoare, atmosfera de infiltrare necesara procesului pe baza de azot sau oxigen - fiind alimentata în cantitate corespunzatoare pentru a comunica cu matricea metalica topita si materialul interconectat tridimensional, cel putin o parte a perioadei de infiltrare, iar agentul de marire a infiltrarii, sau respectiv precursorul acestuia, al carui tip este selectat în functie de natura atmosferei în care se desfasoara infiltrarea, este introdus în sistem respectiv, fie în matricea metalica, fie în materialul interconectat tridimensional, fie în materialul de umplutura, daca acesta este inclus în structura materialului interconectat tridimensional, fie în atmosfera de infiltrare.
