Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de nichelare lucioasa care foloseste o baie de tip Watts în compozitia careia intra 300 g/l sulfat de nichel, 60 g/l clorura de nichel si 40 g/l acid boric la care se adauga un agent de luciu format din 0,5 g/l butindiol, 3 g/l zaharina sodica, 0,01...0.02 ml/l alcool propargilic, 2 cm sup 3/l aldehida formica si 0,2 g/l laurilsulfornat de sodiu care deplaseaza potentialul catodic de depunere spre valori negative marind polarizarea catodica, determinând astfel electrodepunere nichelului cu structura foarte fina si cu aderenta buna si luciu oglinda, marind în acelati timp viteza de acoperire si puterea dispersanta a electrolitului. Straturile de nichel depuse sunt uniforme chiar si în cazul pieselor cu configuratie complicata.
