Abstract

Inventia se refera la un electrolit pentru realizarea de depuneri de nichel, cu grad ridicat de luciu, nivelare excelenta si tensiuni interne reduse. Electrolitul contine 300 g/l sulfat de nichel, 60 g/l clorura de nichel, 40 g/l acid boric, 1...4 g/l zaharina sodica, 1 m 1/l solutie 25% vililsulfonat de sodiu sau alilsulfonat de sodiu, 0,1...0,5 g/l butindiol etoxilat cu 2 moli de OE, 0,001...0,01 g/l din compusul (vezi formula în pagina 1 a descrierii). Electrolitul prezinta avantajul ca da depuneri lipsite de tensiuni interne de compresie sau de întindere, cu luciu ridicat si nivelare excelenta.
