Abstract

Inventia se refera la o pulbere multicompetenta aplicata prin termopulverizare, pentru durificarea suprafetelor unor piese supuse la solicitari mecanice. Pulberea conform inventiei este compusa, în procente de greutate, din 83...84% oxid de aluminiu, 12,5...13% bioxid de titan si 3,5...4% carboximetilceluloza tehnica. Procedeul prevede amestecarea componentelor amintite cu apa distilata pâna la obtinerea unei paste omogene care se usuca în etuva, se marunteste se omogenizeaza si se siteaza, oprindu-se fractia gramanometrica cu dimensiunea 0...0,063 mm.
