According to the invention, the device is based on the conversion of the front aerodynamic force exerted on the propeller disk into a proportional axial displacement of the blade supporting the blades, the displacement being converted in turn by a mechanical system at a rotational angle of the blades around their own axes, according to the regulation law implemented in the form of channels in a lower prismatic piece.
