Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu a unui lac electroizolant pe baza de rasini poliesterimidice destinat acoperirii conductoarelor metalice. Lacul de emailare se obtine prin policondensarea etilenglicolului cu dimetiltereftalat si trihidroxietilenizocianurat în prezenta de catalizator si apoi grefarea pe poliesterul obtinut a acidului diimidodicarboxilic, reactiile având loc la 150...200 degree C. în final, produsul se dizolva la 150...200 degree C în metildipropilenglicol sau etildietilenglicol rezultând o solutie cu 66% continut în solide si se dilueaza cu etildietilenglicol sau metildietilenglicol si xilen 2:1 sau fenol si xilen 1:1.
