- 28REIVINDICAÇÕES: la.- Processo para a obtenção de minerais a partir de minérios não sulfuretados, por flutuação, em que se mistura minério moído com água para formar uma suspensão, se introduz ar na suspensão em presença dum sistema de reagentes e se separa a espuma resultante em conjunto com as substancias sólidas flutuadas nela contidas, caracterizado pelo facto de se empregar, como agentes colectores, N-alquil-monoamidas do ácido dicarboxílico, que têm uma das seguintes fórmulas gerais (I) até (V) R1-NH-CO-(CH0) COOX (I) λ m R1-NH-CO-CH=CH-COOX (II) CH3 R1-NH-CO-CH=C-COOX (III) CH2 R1-NH-C0-CHo-C-C00X (IV) CH2 r1-nh-co-c-ch2-coox (V) nas quais 29! R1 representa um radical de um hidrocarboneto alifático com 6 a 22 átomos de carbono.e 0, 1, 2 ou 3 ligações duplas; m representa números entre 1 e 10 e X representa hidrogénio, um metal alcalino ou um radical amónio. | 2a.- Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado I pelo facto de se empregarem, como agentes colectores, N- I ! alquil—monoamidas de ácido dicarboxílico que derivam do ácido malónico, ácido succínico, ácido glutárico, ácido adípico ou ácido itacónico. i t j 3a.- Processo de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 1 e 2, caracterizado pelo facto de se utilizar, como agentes colectores, N-alquil-monoamidas de ácido dicarboxílico, nas quais R·*" representa, nas fórmulas (I) até (V) um radical alquilo ou alcenilo com 12 a 18 átomos de carbono. 4a.- Processo de acordo com pelo menos uma qualquer das reivindicações 1 a 3, caracterizado pelo facto de se utilizar, como agentes colectores misturas de monoamidas de ácido . dicarboxílico e agentes tensioactivos aniónicos, escolhidos do grupo formado por ácidos gordos, sulfatos de alquilo, sulfatos de alquiléteres, sulfossucinatos de alquilo, sulfosucinamatos de alquilo, alquilbenzenossulfonatos, alquilsulfonatos, sulfonatos de petróleo, acil-lactilatos, sarcósidos, fosfatos de alquil e fosfatos de alquiléteres. j 5a.- Processo de acordo com pelo menos uma qualquer das reivindicações 1 a 3, caracterizado pelo facto de se utilizar, como agentes colectores, misturas de monoamidas de ácido dicarboxílico e agentes tensioactivos não iónicos escolhidos do grupo formado por éteres poliglicólicos de 30 / álcoois gordos, éteres poliglicólicos de alquilfenol, éteres poliglicólicos de ácidos gordos, éteres poliglicólicos de amidas de ácidos gordos, éteres, poliglicólicos de aminas gordas, éteres mistos, éteres mistos de hidroxi e alquilglicósidos. 6a.- Processo de acordo com uma qualquer das reivindicações 4 e 5, caracterizado pelo facto de se utilizarem misturas, cuja proporção de N-alquilmonoamidas de ácido dicarboxílico está compreendida no intervalo entre 5 e 95% em peso. 7a.- Processo de acordo com uma qualquer das reivindicações 1 a 6, caracterizado pelo facto de se aplicarem os agentes colectores em quantidades compreendidas no intervalo entre 50 e 2000 g/t de minério bruto. 8a.- Processo de acordo com uma qualquer das reivindicações 1 a 7, caracterizado pelo facto de se empregarem, como minérios brutos, minerais do tipo de sal.
