A INVENÇÃO REFERE-SE A UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE PRINCÍPIO ATIVO DISPERSO EM ÓLEO E AO SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO, INCLUINDO UMA PRIMEIRA ETAPA DE MISTURA DE UM PRINCÍPIO ATIVO COM UM ÓLEO E UMA SEGUNDA ETAPA DE MISTURA, DIMINUINDO-SE O TAMANHO DAS PARTÍCULAS DOS PRINCÍPIOS ATIVOS E A UMA MODALIDADE ALTERNATIVA DO PROCESSO, COMPREENDENDO UMA ETAPA ADICIONAL DE MISTURA PARA DIMINUIÇÃO DO TAMANHO DAS PARTÍCULAS DOS PRINCÍPIOS ATIVOS E UMA ETAPA SUBSEQUENTE DE DILUIÇÃO COM UM ÓLEO. A COMPOSIÇÃO É UTILIZADA NA PREPARAÇÃO DE COSMÉTICOS, ALIMENTOS, COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS OU MEDICAMENTOS. A INVENÇÃO DISPERSA O PRINCÍPIO ATIVO, SEM NECESSITAR DE ADITIVOS, PROPORCIONANDO BIODISPONIBILIDADE E EFICÁCIA MELHORADAS DO PRINCÍPIO ATIVO E DIMINUIÇÃO DE SEUS METABÓLITOS INATIVOS. COMO EXEMPLO, O TRATAMENTO COM RESVERATROL DISPERSO EM ÓLEO DE OLIVA (+RSVO Y) DA INVENÇÃO PRODUZIU 26% DE METABÓLITOS DO RESVERATROL, ENQUANTO QUE 88% DO TRANS-RESVERATROL (+RSV) DO ESTADO DA TÉCNICA FOI BIOTRANSFORMADO EM METABÓLITOS.
