Abstract
A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO ESTÁ RELACIONADA COM O PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DE LIGANTES CAO-MGO E PRODUTOS DE CONSTRUÇÃO, COM REUTILIZAÇÃO DE SUBPRODUTOS E/OU RESÍDUOS E DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO, POR MOLDAGEM COM COMPACTAÇÃO (6). OS LIGANTES SÃO PRODUZIDOS POR BRITAGEM E MOAGEM. O PROCESSO DE FABRICO DOS PRODUTOS CONSISTE NA MISTURA DOS LIGANTES E SUBPRODUTOS E/OU RESÍDUOS COM ÁGUA RESIDUAL NÃO POTÁVEL (5), E A CURA DESSA MISTURA COM DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO (7), EM CONDIÇÕES DE HUMIDADE, TEMPERATURA E PRESSÃO CONSTANTES. O PROCESSO DE ENDURECIMENTO É FEITO COM RECIRCULAÇÃO DE DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO EM CIRCUITO FECHADO, SEGUIDO DE SECAGEM DOS PRODUTOS (12). OS SUBPRODUTOS E/OU RESÍDUOS CONTÊM CÁLCIO E MAGNÉSIO E PODEM SER ESCÓRIAS RESULTANTES DA INDÚSTRIA DE FABRICAÇÃO DE AÇO OU AREIAS E LAMAS RESULTANTES DA INDÚSTRIA DE PRODUÇÃO DE PASTA, DE PAPEL E CARTÃO. OS PRODUTOS DE CONSTRUÇÃO PODEM INCLUIR OUTROS RESÍDUOS E MATERIAIS CONTENDO SÍLICA E ALUMINA.
