BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Various equipment are known in the art which make it possible to carry persons and / or loads in height on non-horizontal surfaces. An example of such equipment is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. JP2000318986 which allows the movement of persons and / or loads into bailiffs. Or as in patent no. KR20100085204 which discloses an equipment that allows to carry out the displacement of a cage for transporting people and / or loads, through a system of ropes and pulleys.

Other equipments exist that, allowing the displacement of people without the need of transport cages or bailes, can only do it vertically, forcing the horizontal positioning to be effected through manual adjustments, as for example disclosed in the American patent n ° US5072840 in which a motor travels vertically, but the horizontal is effected manually. Or, the case of U.S. Patent No. US2004055824 which discloses an apparatus for vertical movement on facades. Or, that of U.S. Patent No. 5,776,222 which discloses a fixed apparatus which, being remotely controlled, enables vertical movement of persons.

Advantages of the Invention The present invention relates to equipment for moving persons in height on non-horizontal surfaces, enabling them to be moved vertically and horizontally. It is an equipment that, when incorporating concepts that are part of the patents described above, has the advantage of allowing that in a single equipment it is possible to carry out safely the vertical and horizontal displacement, simultaneously or alone, avoiding the use of baíles, chairs or cages the operator does not have to leave the equipment to do its repositioning, or the need for other people to do so. It is also an equipment that when operated by remote control, it avoids the existence of cables with the operator, that normally disturb his work. And because it is controlled by the operator, it allows the operator, at any moment, to decide the best position to carry out his work, not needing any help to do so.

Because it is an equipment that does not involve the assembly of permanent and complex structures, it is easy to move it where it is needed. 2

Brief description of the drawings

Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively represent the perspective view, the front view, the rear view, the right side view and the left side view of the equipment of the invention.

In these figures the various components comprising the equipment of the invention are visible: trough with locking and fixing system (1), motor for horizontal displacement (2), motor for vertical displacement (3), operator harness suspension cable (4) and a box (5) where vertical traveling equipment is installed, namely the drum (6) for winding / unwinding the operator harness suspension cable, electric brake (8) and support system (10). ) to the winding / unwinding of the operator harness suspension cable, as well as the controlled descent emergency device (7).

Detailed Description of the Invention The object of the present invention is an apparatus for moving persons in height on non-horizontal surfaces, allowing their vertical and horizontal translation.

Hereinafter referred to as " suspension cable " means any type of equipment capable of achieving the intended purpose, in particular cables, chains, ropes, or the like. 3 The operator is properly placed in the transport harness, which in turn is attached to the operator harness suspension cable (4) by means of a coupling system. The operator can operate the motor (3) which allows it to move vertically, or in case it wishes to move horizontally, to operate the motor (2) using the remote control in its possession. If a problem arises with the vertical displacement motor (3) or the operator harness suspension cable (4), the existence of a controlled descent emergency device (7) allows the operator to be moved to the ground without any kind of external assistance. The operator harness suspension cable (4) is an equipment made of any suitable material, depending on its choice of the efforts to which it may be subjected, namely steel, chain or natural fiber cable or synthetic.

All of this equipment is suspended in a chute (1), which in turn, by means of fastening systems, is fixed to the top of the surface on which the operator intends to move. The vertical displacement system is equipped with a variety of equipment already on the market, such as a motor (3) which sets the drum (6) in motion where the operator harness suspension cable (4) is wound / uncoupled enables the user to raise / lower the operator, an electric brake (8) which allows stopping in the event of a power failure, support system (10) for winding / unwinding the operator harness suspension cable, cable tensioner on the drum which prevents accidental unrolling, a centrifugal brake for descent without energy, end-of-stroke sensor at the top through a wafer in the suspension cable and an overload detection system through a system of springs and micro- light switch.
