Termofor gumowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 03.12.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest termofor gumowy stosowany do miejscowego ogrzewania ciala. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia termofor gumowy w widoku z przodu z czesciowym przekrojem, fig. 2 - fragment termoforu z korkiem w przekroju osiowym. Termofor gumowy sklada sie ze zbiornika gumowego, wkladki z twardej gumy, elementu gwintowanego wkladu z blachy mosiadzowanej, korkagwintowanego z tarnamidu lub innego tworzywa spelniajacego wymagania sluzby zdrowia i gumowego pierscienia uszczelniajacego. Zbiornik gumowy ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi narozami. W osi geometrycznej termoforu od strony podstawy usytuowane sa obustronnie wglebienia w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami tworzace zeberko usztywniajace w którym wykonany jest otworek. Górne ramiona termoforu sa zbiezne ku górze i lacza sie z wlewem utworzonym z lekko splaszczonego walca zblizonego ksztaltem do owalu przechodzacego w lekko splaszczony stozek sciety. Tylna powierzchnia wlewu ma wystajacy zaczep z otworem w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego z zaokraglonym od góry wierzcholkiem. Wlew od dolu polaczony jest ze zbiornikiem wzdluz linii przenikania w ksztalcie paraboli, natomiast w czesci srodkowej i w czesci górnej jest pogrubiony i tworzy obwodowe kolnierze, przy czym obwodowy kolmerz w czesci srodkowej jest w przyblizeniu dwukrotnie szerszy od kolnierza w czesci górnej. W czesci owalnej wlewu osadzona jest wkladka z twardej gumy w której znajduje sie element gwintowany wykonany z blachy mosiadzowanej.Korek gwintowany wykonany jest z tarnamidu i ma ksztalt walca zaopatrzonego od dolu w gumowy pierscien uszczelniajacy o przekroju prostokatnym a od góry w uchwyt plaski z otworem w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. Zbiornik gumowy ma powierzchnie z odcisnietym wzorem lub ryflowana i barwe dowolna. Wklad z twardej gumy powinien miec barwe zgodna z barwa zbiornika gumowego lub czarna. Korek gwintowany z tarnamidu powinien miec barwe biala do lekko zóltej. PL PL PL PLRubber Hot Water Bottle The right of registration for the ornamental design is valid from December 3, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a rubber hot water bottle used for localized body heating. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the rubber hot water bottle in a front view with a partial cross-section, and Fig. 2 - a fragment of the hot water bottle with a plug in axial section. The rubber hot water bottle consists of a rubber reservoir, a hard rubber insert, a threaded insert element made of brass sheet, a threaded plug made of Tarnamid or other material meeting healthcare requirements, and a rubber sealing ring. The rubber reservoir has the shape of a flattened cuboid with rounded corners. The geometric axis of the hot water bottle features recesses on both sides, in the shape of an isosceles triangle with rounded corners, forming a stiffening rib in which an opening is made. The upper arms of the hot water bottle converge upward and connect to the neck, which is formed by a slightly flattened cylinder, roughly oval in shape, transitioning into a slightly flattened truncated cone. The rear surface of the neck has a protruding hook with an opening in the shape of an isosceles triangle with a rounded top. The neck is connected to the reservoir at the bottom along a parabolic line of penetration, while in the middle and upper sections it is thickened and forms circumferential flanges, with the circumferential collar in the middle section being approximately twice as wide as the collar in the upper section. The oval part of the filler neck is fitted with a hard rubber insert containing a threaded element made of brass sheet. The threaded plug is made of Tarnamid and has the shape of a cylinder fitted with a rectangular rubber sealing ring at the bottom and a flat handle at the top with a hole roughly shaped like a triangle with rounded tops. The rubber reservoir has a surface with an imprinted pattern or is grooved and is available in any color. The hard rubber insert should match the rubber reservoir color or be black. The Tarnamid threaded plug should be white to slightly yellow. PL PL PL PL PL
