Ostona znicza Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 19 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest oslona znicza przeznaczona do osadzania w jej wnetrzu znicza. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza przejawia- jac a sie w jej ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i rysunku linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych foto- -grafiach z których fig. 1 przedstawia oslone znicza w widoku perspektywicz- -nym z góry, z uwidocznionym motywem „ korony cierniowej " reliefowej de- -racji pokrywajacej górna czesc brzusca, fig.2 przedstawia stojaca oslone znicza, w widoku z boku, z uwidocznionym motywem „ paku na trójkatnej chuscie " reliefowej dekoracji pokrywajacej dolna czesc brzusca, a fig. 3 przedstawia os--lone znicza obrócona o 90 w stosunku do pokazanej na fig. 2 z uwidocznio- -nym motywem ,, ozdobnego luku nad wejsciem do krypty ". Oslona znicza ma postac, o ksztalcie zblizonym do, amfory bez uchwy- tów . Brzusiec wsparty na stopce zakonczonej u dolu cylindrycznym cokolem jest pokryty, w jego górnej czesci, reliefowa dekoracja przedstawiajaca motyw „ korony cierniowej " . Scianka cylindrycznego cokolu przechodzi, w jego gór- -nej czesci, w pólkoliste, wystajace na zewnatrz po obwodzie i równooddalone od podstawy, zgrubienie wienczace cokól w miejscu polaczenia stopki z brzus- -cem. Dolna czesc brzusca pokrywa, naprzemianstronnie i symetrycznie wzgle- -dem jego osi, reliefowa dekoracja przedstawiajaca motyw „ paku na trójkatnej chuscie " i przesuniety wzgledem niego, o 90 po obwodzie brzusca, motyw ,, ozdobnego luku nad wejsciem do krypty " . Przedmiot wzoru moze byc wykonany z dowolnego materialu w dowol- ny m kolorze, korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze perlowym. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since 19 July 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a candle cover designed to accommodate a candle inside. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the candle cover, manifesting itself in its shape, surface properties, and line drawing. The subject of the decorative pattern is presented in the attached photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows the torch cover in a perspective view from above, with the visible motif of the "crown of thorns" relief decoration covering the upper part of the belly, Fig. 2 shows the standing torch cover in a side view, with the visible motif of the "pack on a triangular scarf" relief decoration covering the lower part of the belly, and Fig. 3 shows the torch cover rotated by 90 degrees in relation to the one shown in Fig. 2 with the visible motif of the "decorative arch over the entrance to the crypt". The torch cover has the shape similar to an amphora without handles. The belly, supported on a foot with a cylindrical base at the bottom, is covered, in its upper part, with a relief decoration representing the "crown of thorns" motif. The wall of the cylindrical pedestal passes, in its upper part, into a semicircular, protruding outwards along the circumference and equidistant from the base, thickening the pedestal at the point of connection of the foot with the belly. The lower part of the belly is covered, alternately and symmetrically with respect to its axis, with a relief decoration representing the "pack on a triangular scarf" motif and, shifted relative to it, by 90° along the circumference of the belly, the motif of a "decorative arch over the entrance to the crypt". The subject of the pattern can be made of any material in any color, preferably of pearl-colored plastic. PL PL
