Opakowani e Prawo z rejestracji wzoai zdobniczego trwa od dnia 14 kwietnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie rozków waflowych do lo- dów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, oryginalnym wystroju graficznym, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny opakowania od strony lewego dolnego naroznika, a fig. 2 - widok perspektywiczny opakowania od strony pra- wego górnego naroznika.Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma postac prostopadlosciennego pudelka, które- go powierzchnia jest kolorystycznie podzielona na dwie czesci: pomaranczowa i granatowa. Linia podzialu biegnie wzdluz prawej krawedzi dolnej sciany pudel- ka, a dalej, w postaci waskiego paska w kolorze ceglasto - czerwonym, biegnie od prawego dolnego naroznika sciany czolowej do okolo 2/3 wysokosci jej lewej krawedzi i dalej na wysokosci okolo 2/3 wysokosci lewej bocznej sciany. Czesc pudelka po lewej stronie linii podzialu jest zabarwiona na cieniowany kolor po- maranczowy, a czesc po prawej stronie linii podzialu na cieniowany kolor gra- natowy. W prawej czesci czolowej sciany pudelka znajduje sie otwór w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawa jest równolegla do prawej krawedzi tej sciany, a jedn o z ramion pokrywa sie z linia podzialu. W centralnej czesci sciany czolowej jest usytuowany wizerunek rozka wa- flowego w kolorze bezowo - brazowym, wypelnionego trzema kulkami lodów w kolorach kremowym, rózowym i brazowym. Dolny koniec rozka waflowego znajduje sie w poblizu lewego dolnego naroznika sciany czolowej pudelka. W górnej czesci sciany czolowej, ponad wizerunkiem rozka , jes t usytuowany poziomy pasek oraz trójwyrazowy, trzywierszowy napis, którego tresc nie podle- gajaca ochronie brzmi: „Rozki Waflowe Dunskie". Napis jest wykonany fanta- zyjnym pismem szeryfowym, przy czym pierwsze litery wyrazów sa duzymi znakami, a pozostale malymi. Poziomy pasek i dwa pierwsze wyrazy napisu maja kolor ceglasto - czerwony z kremowymi obwódkami, natomiast trzeci wy- raz jest wykonany bialymi literami i umieszczony na wspomnianym poziomym pasku. Motyw poziomego paska i trzywierszowego napisu jest umieszczony takze na scianach dolnej i górnej pudelka, natomiast na bocznych scianach znajduje sie wizerunek rozka waflowego bez lodów. PL PL PLPackaging The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since April 14, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is the packaging of wafer cones for ice cream. The essence of the design is the new form of the packaging, manifested in its shape, original graphic decoration, line arrangement, and color scheme. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the packaging from the lower left corner, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the packaging from the upper right corner. The packaging, according to the design, has the form of a rectangular box, the surface of which is divided into two color parts: orange and navy blue. The dividing line runs along the right edge of the bottom wall of the box, and then, as a narrow brick-red strip, runs from the lower right corner of the front wall to about two-thirds of the height of its left edge and then to about two-thirds of the height of the left side wall. The section of the box to the left of the dividing line is colored a shaded orange, and the section to the right of the dividing line is colored a shaded navy blue. In the right part of the front wall of the box, there is an opening in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the base of which is parallel to the right edge of the wall, and one of its legs aligns with the dividing line. In the central part of the front panel is an image of a beige and brown waffle cone, filled with three scoops of cream, pink, and brown ice cream. The lower end of the waffle cone is located near the lower left corner of the front panel. In the upper part of the front panel, above the image of the cone, there is a horizontal stripe and a three-word, three-line inscription, the content of which is not subject to copyright: "Rozki Waflowe Dunskie." The inscription is written in a fanciful serif script, with the first letters of the words in uppercase and the remaining letters in lowercase. The horizontal stripe and the first two words of the inscription are brick red with cream borders, while the third word is written in white letters and placed on the aforementioned horizontal stripe. The horizontal stripe and three-line inscription motif is also featured on the bottom and top walls of the box, while the side walls feature an image of a waffle cone without ice cream. PL PL PL
