Description

Komora detonacji 7 laczy sie od strony wylotu spalin z wnetrzem zasobnika 1 poprzez lacznik rurowy 10 przewodzacy energie wybuchu i otwór 11 w plaszczu zasobnika 1. Calosc zamknieta jest w obudowie 12 przytwierdzonej do scianek zasobnika 12 97 524 w sposób elastyczny i rozlaczny. Obudowa 12 posiada otwory do wprowadzenia przewodu instalacji zaplonowej 9, zalaczania magazynku 5 oraz wyrzucania na zewnatrz lusek ladunku wybuchowego 6.W przypadku powstania w zasobniku 1 nawisów 3 lub sklepien obsluga zalacza instalacje zaplonowa 9 i powoduje odpalenie ladunku wybuchowego 6 w przystawce detonacyjnej 2. Energia wybuchu rozprzestrzeniajac sie w zasobniku 1, w postaci fali uderzeniowej powoduje likwidacje nawisów 3 i sklepien. PL PLThe invention concerns a method for removing overhangs and vaults in granular material storage tanks and a device for applying this method, particularly useful for boiler fuel storage tanks. Previous solutions have eliminated overhangs by vibrating them using mechanical devices such as vibrators or impact devices. Another method known involves breaking up overhangs with compressed gas introduced into the interior of the storage tank through holes in its walls. The main disadvantage of the mechanical method was the low efficiency of the devices and the long-term variable dynamic load on the storage tank and its supporting structure. The disadvantages of the pneumatic method included low efficiency, high energy consumption for gas compression, and dust formation in the area surrounding the container. The method, according to the invention, involves the crushing of overhangs and vaults using a shock wave, which is triggered by remotely controlled detonation in detonation attachments built into the container walls. The device for applying the method has a loading and unloading lock equipped with a magazine containing explosive charges, a detonation chamber, and an explosion initiator controlled by an ignition system. The detonation chamber is connected from the exhaust gas outlet side with the interior of the container through a pipe connector * which conducts the explosion energy and a hole in the container shell. The whole is enclosed in a housing attached to the container walls in a flexible and detachable manner. The subject of the invention is presented in an example embodiment in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a container for granular materials with built-in detonation attachments, while Fig. 2 — a longitudinal cross-section of the detonation attachment. The detonation attachment 2, installed on the external side of the wall of the granular materials container 1, has a loading and unloading lock 4 equipped with a magazine 5 with explosive charges 6, a detonation chamber 7 and an explosion initiator 8 with a remotely controlled ignition system 9. The detonation chamber 7 is connected from the exhaust gas outlet side with the interior of the container 1 through a connector. A tubular element 10 conducts the explosive energy and an opening 11 in the casing of the container 1. The entire assembly is enclosed in a housing 12, which is flexibly and releasably attached to the walls of the container 12 97 524. The housing 12 has openings for inserting the ignition cable 9, switching on the magazine 5, and ejecting the explosive charge 6. If any overhangs 3 or vaults are formed in the container 1, the operator activates the ignition system 9 and ignites the explosive charge 6 in the detonation device 2. The energy of the explosion spreads in the container 1 in the form of a shock wave, eliminating the overhangs 3 and vaults.
