Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt, przeznaczony do przenoszenia pokarmów np. makaronu, klusek, gotowanych warzyw, a takze pieczonego lub gotowanego miesa, z garnków lub pojemników, w których sa gotowane, podgrzewane lub pieczone do naczyn z których sa konsumowane, przy czym uchwyt ulatwia porcjowanie pokarmów oraz ich dzielenie poprzez utrzymywanie ich do krojenia.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni. PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a handle intended for carrying food, e.g. pasta, noodles, cooked vegetables, as well as roasted or cooked meat, from pots or containers in which they are cooked, heated or roasted to vessels from which they are consumed, wherein the handle facilitates portioning and dividing food by holding it for cutting. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and surface properties. The industrial design subject is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design subject, constituting a handle, is shown in the attached illustration material, which includes in fig. 1 - a frontal and side view of a handle having symmetrical gripping parts in the shape of shaped arms, containing in the upper part a handle with a transverse outline of a stylized letter C and between the handles on the inner surfaces a resilient expanding element, and in the lower part an arc-shaped outline of gripping parts having a series of resilient straps; in fig. 2 - a frontal view of the handle showing in the lower part the outline of a series of resilient straps connected in the upper part by an element in the outline of a stylized rectangle and a handle symmetrically placed in the upper part with the outer outline of a stylized rectangle; Fig. 3 - A side view of the handle shows the arc-shaped outline of the symmetrical gripping parts and the symmetrical handles. The handle, according to the industrial design shown in the attached illustration, has significant features, including symmetrical gripping parts in the shape of shaped arms, containing in the upper part of the handle the transverse outline of a stylized letter C and the outer outline of a stylized rectangle, and between the handles on the inner surfaces a spring-loaded expanding element, and in the lower part an arc-shaped outline of the gripping parts, having a series of spring-loaded straps, wherein the handle is made of a material with smooth surfaces, enabling it to be kept clean, preferably stainless steel.
