Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na kosmetyk. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, konturów i wlasciwosci materialu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu w pozycji otwartej , fig.2 - w pozycji zamknietej, fig.3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu w pozycji otwartej, fig.4 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu w pozycji otwartej, fig.5 - w widoku z tylu pozycji otwartej Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zaopatrzony w wieczko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w pozycji zamknietej ma ksztalt owalnej mocno splaszczonej bryly, której górna podstawa jest lekko wypukla, a dolna w centralnej czesci stanowi owal plaski, który lagodnym uskokiem przechodzi w obrzeze szersze przy dluzszej osi, a zwezajace sie w kierunku osi krótszej. Wieczko pojemnika symetrycznie na osi krótszej z obu stron poszerzone jest o zagiete w dól prostopadle do obwodu elementy, oba o takiej samej szerokosci, dokladnie wpasowane w wyciecia w kolnierzu. Istotne cechy pojemnika stanowi to, ze w pozycji zamknietej ma ksztalt owalnej mocno splaszczonej bryly, której górna podstawa jest lekko wypukla, a dolna w centralnej czesci stanowi owal plaski, który lagodnym uskokiem przechodzi w obrzeze szersze przy dluzszej osi, a zwezajace sie w kierunku osi krótszej, a ponadto calosc wykonana jest z przezroczystego materialu, w zwiazku z czym na górnej podstawie widoczny jest umieszczony centralnie owalny zarys wieczka ze scieta ukosnie do srodka scianka boczna przylegajaca do scietej ukosnie scianki bocznej wglebienia w pojemniku, przy czym w widoku z góry takie ukosne sciecie widoczne jest jako podwójny owal, szerszy na linii dluzszej osi, a dochodzacy do minimalnej szerokosci na linii osi krótszej, a dodatkowo zarys wieczka jest wpasowany w zarys górnej podstawy bryly pudelka w taki sposób, ze szerokosc obramowania wieczka, stanowiaca szerokosc kolnierza otaczajacego wglebienie pojemnika jest najwieksza na osi dluzszej pojemnika, a najmniejsza na osi krótszej; wzdluz osi krótszej we wglebieniu pojemnika znajduje sie cienka przegroda widoczna w widoku z zewnatrz. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and material properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a front perspective view in the open position, Fig. 2 in the closed position, Fig. 3 shows the container in a rear perspective view in the open position, Fig. 4 shows the container in the front view in the open position, and Fig. 5 in the rear view in the open position. The container according to the industrial design, equipped with a lid, is characterized in that when closed, it has the shape of a strongly flattened oval shape, the upper base of which is slightly convex, and the lower central part is a flat oval, which gently slopes into a rim that is wider along the longer axis and narrows towards the shorter axis. The entire unit is made of a transparent material. The upper base features a centrally located oval lid outline with a side wall beveled diagonally toward the center, adjoining the diagonally cut side wall adjoining the beveled side wall of the container recess. From a top view, this diagonal cut appears as a double oval, wider along the longer axis and narrowing to its minimum width along the shorter axis. The lid outline fits into the upper base of the box so that the width of the lid frame, which is the width of the flange surrounding the container recess, is greatest along the longer axis of the container and smallest along the shorter axis. Along the shorter axis, a thin partition is located in the container recess, visible from the outside. The lid of the container is widened symmetrically on the shorter axis on both sides by elements bent downwards and perpendicular to the circumference, both of the same width, precisely fitted into the cutouts in the collar. The essential features of the container are that in the closed position it has the shape of an oval, strongly flattened solid, the upper base of which is slightly convex, and the lower part in the central part is a flat oval, which with a gentle step turns into a rim that is wider at the longer axis and narrowing towards the shorter axis, and in addition the whole is made of a transparent material, therefore on the upper base there is visible a centrally located oval outline of the lid with a side wall cut diagonally towards the center, adjacent to the diagonally cut side wall of the recess in the container, while in the top view such an oblique cut is visible as a double oval, wider along the longer axis and reaching the minimum width along the shorter axis, and in addition the outline of the lid is fitted into the outline of the upper base of the box body in such a way that the width of the frame The width of the lid, which is the flange surrounding the container recess, is greatest on the container's long axis and smallest on the shorter axis; along the shorter axis, a thin partition is located in the container recess, visible in the external view.
