Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia bramke do gier w pilke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - odmiane bramki w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - zdjecie bramki z fig. 1 w widoku z bo- ku, a fig.4 - zdjecie bramki z fig.2 w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bramka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonana z rurek i obciagnieta siatka posiada jednolity element przedni w ksztalcie otwartego od dolu prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, który polaczony jest swoimi koncami z koncami elementu podstawy w ksztalcie otwartego prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, lezacego w plaszczyznie poziomej. Dluzsze odcinki obu elementów sa polaczone ze soba dwoma lukowatymi elementami rozpierajacymi, usytuowanymi symetrycznie w poblizu zaokraglonych narozy bramki. Ponadto element przedni jest polaczony z elementem srodkowym, takim samym jak element podstawy, który usytuowany jest równolegle do niego, na 1/3 wysokosci ele- mentu przedniego. The new and unique form of the ball game goal according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the ball game goal from a front view, Fig. 2 - a front view of a variant of the goal, Fig. 3 - a side view of the goal from Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 - a side view of the goal from Fig. 2. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The goal according to the industrial design, made of tubing and covered with netting, has a uniform front element in the shape of a rectangle open at the bottom with rounded corners, which is connected at its ends to the ends of a base element in the shape of an open rectangle with rounded corners, lying in a horizontal plane. The longer sections of both elements are connected by two arc-shaped spacer elements, positioned symmetrically near the rounded corners of the goal. The industrial-designed version of the goal, made of tubing and covered with mesh, has a uniform front element in the shape of an open rectangle with rounded corners, which is connected at its ends to the ends of a base element in the shape of an open rectangle with rounded corners, lying in a horizontal plane. Furthermore, the front element is connected to a middle element, identical to the base element, which is positioned parallel to it, at 1/3 the height of the front element. Between the longer sections of the front element and the middle element, and between the middle element and the base element, there are pairs of symmetrically placed spacer elements in the form of straight tubing segments.
