Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest witryna meblowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, oraz material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia witryne w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig.2 - 4 kolejne odmiany witryny w widoku perspektywicznym. Witryna wedlug wzoru ma postac szklanego walca o podstawie owalnej, zakonczonego w czesci dolnej i górnej plaskimi owalnymi, drewnianymi elementami. Czesc górna i dolna-podstawa, polaczone sa wzajemnie za pomoca trzech prostokatnych drewnianych listew rozmieszczonych symetrycznie po obwodzie witryny, stanowiacych jednoczesnie zakonczenia lukowych szyb witryny tworzacych razem zarys owalu. Na calej dlugosci witryny w plaszczyznie pionowej, usytuowane sa szklane pólki o zarysie zgodnym z zarysem witryny. Podstawa witryny usytuowana jest na walcowych, drewnianych nózkach, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 . W innej odmianie witryna ma postac szklanego walca o podstawie kola, zakonczonego w czesci dolnej i górnej plaskimi kolowymi, drewnianymi elementami. Czesc górna i dolna-podstawa, polaczone sa wzajemnie za pomoca trzech prostokatnych drewnianych listew rozmieszczonych symetrycznie po obwodzie witryny, stanowiacych jednoczesnie zakonczenia lukowych szyb witryny tworzacych razem zarys kola. Na calej dlugosci witryny w plaszczyznie pionowej, usytuowane sa szklane pólki o zarysie zgodnym z zarysem witryny. Podstawa witryny usytuowana jest na walcowych, drewnianych nózkach, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.2W kolejnej odmianie witryna ma postac szklanego prostopadloscianu o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, zakonczonego w czesci dolnej i górnej plaskimi, drewnianymi elementami o zarysach zblizonych do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Czesc górna i dolna-podstawa, polaczone sa wzajemnie za pomoca czterech prostokatnych drewnianych listew rozmieszczonych symetrycznie w narozach. Na calej dlugosci witryny w plaszczyznie pionowa, usytuowane sa szklane pólki o zarysie zgodnym z zarysem witryny. W czesci przedniej witryny szyba jest dzielona symetrycznie na dwie czesci tworzac drzwiczki zaopatrzone posrodku w uchwyty, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 W nastepnej odmianie witryna ma postac szklanej bryly o podstawie zblizonej do trójkata którego podstawa stanowiaca jednoczesnie scianke czolowa witryny - ma zarys luku. Podstawe oraz czesc górna witryny stanowia drewniane elementy o zarysach zblizonych do stylizowanego trójkata, którego podstawa ma zarys luku. Czesc górna i dolna-podstawa, polaczone sa wzajemnie za pomoca trzech prostokatnych drewnianych listew rozmieszczonych symetrycznie w narozach witryny. Na calej dlugosci witryny w plaszczyznie pionowa, usytuowane sa szklane pólki o zarysie zgodnym z zarysem witryny. W czesci przedniej witryny szyba jest dzielona symetrycznie na dwie czesci tworzac drzwiczki zaopatrzone posrodku w uchwyty, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.4.FIG 1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 PLThe industrial design is for a furniture display case. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, and material from which it is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the display case in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows four subsequent variations of the display case in perspective view. The display case, according to the design, takes the form of a glass cylinder with an oval base, topped with flat oval wooden elements at the top and bottom. The top and bottom sections (the base) are interconnected by three rectangular wooden slats arranged symmetrically around the display case's perimeter. These slats also form the ends of the display case's arched glass panes, which together form an oval outline. Glass shelves, with an outline consistent with the display case's outline, are located vertically along the entire length of the display case. The base of the display case rests on cylindrical wooden legs, as shown in the accompanying illustration, Fig. 1. In another variation, the display case takes the form of a glass cylinder with a circular base, topped with flat circular wooden elements at the top and bottom. The top and bottom sections, the base, are connected by three rectangular wooden slats arranged symmetrically around the display case's perimeter. These slats also form the ends of the display case's arched glass panes, which together form a circular outline. Glass shelves, shaped like the display case, run vertically along the entire length of the display case. The base of the display case rests on cylindrical wooden legs, as shown in the accompanying illustration (Fig. 2). In another variation, the display case takes the form of a glass cuboid with a base resembling a rectangle with rounded corners, topped at the top and bottom with flat wooden elements resembling a rectangle with rounded corners. The top and bottom sections, the base, are interconnected by four rectangular wooden slats placed symmetrically at the corners. Glass shelves, shaped like the display case, run vertically along the entire length of the display case. In the front of the display case, the glass is divided symmetrically into two parts, creating a door with handles in the middle, as shown in the accompanying illustration, Fig. 3. In the next variant, the display case takes the form of a glass block with a base similar to a triangle, the base of which, concurrently forming the display case's front wall, has an arc shape. The base and upper part of the display case are made of wooden elements with an outline similar to a stylized triangle, the base of which has an arc shape. The upper and lower parts, the base, are connected by three rectangular wooden slats placed symmetrically in the display case's corners. Glass shelves, with an outline consistent with the display case's outline, are located vertically along the entire length of the display case.
