Przez to dzialanie torf zo¬ staje uwolniony od czesci ziemistych, zwla¬ szcza kwasów huminowych, gdyz te rozpu¬ szczaja sie w rozczynach alkalicznych.Z tych rozczynów wydziela sie kwasy huminowe, które zadaje sie weglanem po¬ tasowym i sodowym lub wodorotlenkami tych metali, lub tez produktami uboczne- mi, uzyskanemi przy fabrykacji potazu 7 melasy, lub amonjakiem, az do wystapie¬ nia slabej reakcji alkalicznej.Po odparowaniu do suchosci uzysku! e sie pozostalosc, stanowiaca huminiany metali alkalicznych. Produkt ten w stanie sproszkowanym jest dobrym nawozem sztucznym, który moze byc stosowany al¬ bo wprost albo w mieszaninie z innemi na¬ wozami, zwlaszcza fosforowemi.Przyklad. 1 m3 surowego torfu zadaje sie rozczynem sody zracej, zawierajacym MkgNaOH w 1000 1 wody, Po 24 godzi¬ nach oddziela sie przez wyzymanie wlók¬ na torfowe, a z rozczynu huminianów so¬ dowych straca sie wolne kwasy huminowerozcienczonym kwasem siarkowym, zawie¬ rajacym 50 kg stezonego H2SO± w 200 li¬ trach wody. Uzyskane w ten sposób wolne kwasy huminowe w ilosci od 40 do 80 !;g (zaleznie od gatunku torfu uzytego do prze¬ róbki) rozpuszcza sie w 15 do 30 kg 20^ wody amonjakalnej.Po odparowaniu do suchosci otrzyma¬ nego rozezynu otrzymuje sie 43 kg do S6 kg huminianów amonowych jako nawóz sztuczny, rozpuszczalny w wodzie o za wartosci 8% azotu, w tern 5% azotu ami¬ nowego. PLThe subject of the present invention is a method of obtaining alkali metal huminates from peat. For this purpose, it is necessary first of all to obtain humic acids from peat, namely by treating the raw, wet or dry peat with soda or Potassium, sodium or potassium liquor, ammonia, or the dilution of other alkali in a concentration of 2 - 10%, depending on the type of peat. As a result, the peat is freed from earthy parts, especially humic acids, as these dissolve in alkaline solutions. From these solutions, humic acids are released, which are treated with potassium and sodium carbonate or hydroxides of these metals, or also by-products obtained in the production of potassium 7 molasses, or with ammonia, until a weak alkaline reaction occurs. After evaporation to the dryness of the yield! that is the residue of alkali metal humates.
