W plytach tych wykonane zostaly na plaskiej powierzchni poza obszarem wytloczonym, w górnej plycie f cztery wypukle bolce Ja w dolnej plycie I cztery wglebienia 4 o takim rozstawie, ze bolce 3 po zlozeniu plyt i i 2 formy wchodza we wglebienia 4 w dolnej plycie 2, stabilizujac wzajemne polozenie plyt 1 i Z po ich zlozeniu plaskimi powierzchniami do siebie, jak przedstawiono na fig. 3. Forma wykonana jest jako odlew z materialu zaroodpornego i dopuszczonego do uzytku w przemysle spozywczym.
