The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the segment; Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the segment; Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the segment; and in photographs, in which Photo. 1 shows the first variant of the panel; Photo. 2 shows the second variant of the panel; Photo. 3 shows the third variant of the panel. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawings and photographs, the segment is symmetrical. The upper crossbar has a wave-like shape, with its ends curling upward. Between the upper and lower crossbars are vertical posts evenly spaced along the entire length of the segment. The lower crossbar of the upper part of the segment is a fanciful element of a slightly pronounced wave, ending with a rising zigzag motif on both sides. In both the upper and lower parts of the segment, the ends of the posts protrude above the crossbars. The upper horizontal crossbar of the lower part of the segment ends with a descending zigzag motif on both sides. The lower crossbar of the lower part of the segment is a fanciful element symbolizing a creeping stem with several branches climbing up the posts. In the middle of the segment are additional, short, fancifully crossed stems. Essential features of an industrial design. First variant. Variation Three: A decorative fence segment whose essence lies in the new and original form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of components that give the segment a distinctive and original appearance. The upper horizontal crossbar is finished with a zigzag motif descending on both sides. Between the upper and lower crossbars are vertical posts evenly spaced along the entire length of the segment. The lower crossbar is a fanciful element symbolizing a creeping stem with several branches climbing up the posts. The ends of the posts protrude above the horizontal crossbar.
