Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie kabiny. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia kabine w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 1A - kabine w widoku perspekty- wicznym w przykladzie zamontowania, fig. 2 - kabine w widoku od czola, z otwartymi drzwiami, fig. 3 - kabine w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - kabine w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - kabine w widoku od dolu, fig. 6 - kabine od tylu, fig. 7 - kabine w widoku z dru- giego boku, fig. 8 - fotografie kabiny z otwartymi drzwiami w widoku od czola, fig. 9 - fotografie kabiny z zamknietymi drzwiami w widoku od czola, fig. 10 -fotografie filara kolumny kabiny w widoku od czola, fig. 11 - fotografie kabiny z otwar- tymi drzwiami w widoku z boku, fig. 12 - fotografie dachu kabi- ny, fig. 13 - fotografie brodzika kabiny, fig. 14 - odmiane ka-biny z innym ksztaltem drzwi, fig. 15 - kolejna odmiane kabiny z innym ksztaltem drzwi. Kabina ma ksztalt przestrzennej kolumny tworzacej monolityczna calosc wraz z podstawa stanowiaca brodzik i dachem wyznaczaja- cym sufit. Kolumna ma w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu litery "C", przy czym podstawa stanowiaca brodzik i dach wyznaczajacy sufit maja w rzucie pionowym zarys zblizony do kropli i przechodza w laczacy je filar, stanowiacy nosnik armatury. Filar ma w widoku od czola zarys dwóch luków, przy czym w srodkowej czesci ma rozszerzenie zas przed odcinkami przejscia w podstawe i dach - ma przewezenia a w widoku z boku w srodkowej czesci ma wybrzuszenie. W podstawie wykonany jest otwór odplywowy zas w suficie osadzo- ne sa oprawy elektryczne oswietlenia kabiny. W filarze osadzona jest armatura wodna. Kabina ma dwoje drzwi o zarysie lukowym, stanowiacych oslone jej wnetrza, osadzonych na zawiasach zamocowanych w lukowych nieruchomych czesciach oslony i wykonanych z przezroczystego materialu. W odmianie drzwi w górnych swych odcinkach maja dodatkowe oble lub walcowe wybrzuszenia. PL PL PL PLShower Cabin The right to register an ornamental design is valid from 7 August 1999. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the cabin. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows the cabin in a perspective view, Fig. 1A - the cabin in a perspective view in an assembly example, Fig. 2 - the cabin in a front view with open doors, Fig. 3 - the cabin in a side view, Fig. 4 - the cabin in a top view, Fig. 5 - the cabin in a bottom view, Fig. 6 - the cabin from the back, Fig. 7 - the cabin in a view from the other side, Fig. 8 - photographs of the cabin with open doors in a front view, Fig. 9 - photographs of the cabin with closed doors in a front view, Fig. 10 - photographs of the cabin column pillar in a front view, Fig. 11 - photographs of the cabin with open doors in a side view, Fig. 12 - photographs of the cabin roof, Fig. 13 - Photographs of the shower tray, Fig. 14 - a variant of the shower tray with a different door shape, Fig. 15 - another variant of the shower tray with a different door shape. The shower tray is a three-dimensional column, forming a monolithic whole with a base constituting the shower tray and a roof defining the ceiling. The column, in a side view, has a shape similar to the letter "C," with the base constituting the shower tray and the roof defining the ceiling having a teardrop-like outline in the vertical projection and merging into a connecting pillar, which supports the fittings. The pillar, in a frontal view, has the outline of two arches, with a widening in the middle section and narrowing before the sections transitioning to the base and roof, and a bulge in the side view in the middle section. A drainage hole is made in the base, and the electric lighting fixtures are embedded in the ceiling. The water fittings are embedded in the pillar. The cabin has two arched doors, which constitute the enclosure of its interior, mounted on hinges attached to the arched, stationary parts of the enclosure and made of a transparent material. In a variant, the doors have additional rounded or cylindrical bulges in their upper sections. PL PL PL PL
