Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Nowosc i oryginalnosc oprawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do znanych opraw oswietleniowych przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, kolorystyce, materiale i jego strukturze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig. 1 i na fotografii - fig. 2.Oprawa oswietleniowej sklada sie z plaskiego, prostokatnego korpusu 1 w postaci ramy ze zródlem swiatla i umieszczonej w jego wewnetrznym otworze pionowej, ksztaltowej, odblaskowej powierzchni 2. Korpus i stanowi blacha zagieta w ksztalt zamknietej litery „U" z otworem wewnatrz, pionowe scianki boczne, zewnetrzne i wewnetrzne oraz pionowa scianka tylna. Zewnetrzne elementy oprawy oswietleniowej wykonane sa z blachy aluminiowej w naturalnym kolorze srebra, przy czym czesc z nich ma powierzchnie blyszczaca i gladka, a czesc matowa i chropowata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: - oryginalny, nowoczesny i elegancki ksztalt oprawy - naturalny, srebrny kolor elementów z blachy aluminiowej - oryginalne polaczenie powierzchni matowych i blyszczacych oraz gladkich i chropowatych - estetyczne wykonanie.Fig. 1 PLLighting fixture with a decorative reflective panel. The industrial design registration right is valid from: November 19, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a lighting fixture with a decorative reflective panel. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an object with an individual character. The novelty and originality of the fixture based on the industrial design, in relation to known lighting fixtures, is manifested in the arrangement of lines, shape, colors, material, and its structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and in the photograph - Fig. 2. The lighting fixture consists of a flat, rectangular body 1 in the form of a frame with a light source and a vertical, shaped, reflective surface 2 placed in its internal opening. The body is a sheet metal bent into the shape of a closed "U" with an opening inside, vertical side walls, external and internal, and a vertical rear wall. The external elements of the lighting fixture are made of aluminum sheet in a natural silver color, some of them have a shiny and smooth surface, while others have a matte and rough surface. The essential features of the industrial design are: - original, modern and elegant shape of the frame - natural, silver color of the aluminum sheet elements - original combination of matte and glossy surfaces as well as smooth and rough ones - aesthetic workmanship.
