Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pólkabina telefoniczna stojaca lub scienna, wykonana z przezroczystego tworzywa, odpornego na dzialanie promieni UV. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pólkabiny przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz neutralnej architektonicznie kolorystyce, nadajacymi jej oryginalny wyglad, co szczególnie predystynuje ja do umieszczania w dowolnych miejscach i do wytwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 i 2 przedstawiaja widok perspektywniczny pólkabiny telefonicznej pojedynczej na kolumnie, fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny plókabiny podwójnej na kolumnie, fig. 4 - widok perspektywiczny pólkabiny sciennej, fig.5 - rzut z boku pólkabiny stojacej pojedynczej, fig. 6 - rzut z boku pólkabiny stojacej podwójnej, fig. 7 - rzut z tylu pólkabiny stojacej , a fig.8 - rzut z boku pólkabiny telefonicznej sciennej. Pólkabina telefoniczna, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma modulowa konstrukcje, skladajaca sie z polaczonych ze soba rozlacznie kopula w ksztalcie okraglej czaszy, elementów bocznych, czesci tylnej i dwóch metalowych pretów tworzacych pólke. Elementy boczne maja ksztalt zblizony do stylizowanego czworokata, zwezonego ku dolowi, przyczym ich sciany tylne sa równolegle do powierzchni zamocowania pólkabiny, sciany poziome górna i dolna sa nawzajem równolegle, zas sciana przednia laczy sie szerokim lukiem ze sciana dolna. W elementach bocznych i tylnym znajduja sie otwory konstrukcyjne. Pólkabina mocowana jest na scianie lub na kolumnie z konstrukcji stalowej i obudowanej profilami z metali lekkich. Oslona konstrukcji kolumny, stykajaca sie z ziemia jest ze stali nierdzewnej. W górnej czesci pólkabiny, pod kopula jest wydzielone miejsce w ksztalcie wycinka kola do umieszczania reklam, informacji. Na kolumnie moze byc umocowana jedna lub dwie pólkabiny, ustawione do siebie tylnymi scianami. PL PLA 0 The design registration right has been in effect since 1999. The essence of the design is the new form of the half-booth, manifested in its shape and architecturally neutral colors, giving it a unique appearance, making it particularly suitable for placement in any location and for industrial production. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 and 2 show a perspective view of a single telephone half-booth on a column, Fig. 3 - a perspective view of a double telephone half-booth on a column, Fig. 4 - a perspective view of a wall-mounted half-booth, Fig. 5 - a side view of a single standing half-booth, Fig. 6 - a side view of a double standing half-booth, Fig. 7 - a rear view of a standing half-booth, and Fig. 8 - a side view of a wall-mounted telephone half-booth. The telephone half-booth, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by its modular construction, consisting of a detachably connected dome in the shape of a round bowl, side elements, a rear part, and two metal rods forming a shelf. The side elements are shaped like a stylized quadrangle, tapering downward. Their rear walls are parallel to the half-cabin mounting surface, the upper and lower horizontal walls are parallel to each other, and the front wall connects to the lower wall by a wide arc. The side and rear elements feature structural openings. The half-cabin is mounted on a wall or on a column made of a steel structure and clad with light metal profiles. The column's ground-facing cover is made of stainless steel. In the upper part of the half-cabin, under the dome, there is a designated circular space for advertising and information. One or two half-cabins can be mounted on the column, with their back walls facing each other.
