Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest gruba, wzorzysta, barwna tkanina ozdobna z motywami geometrycznymi przeznaczona w szczególnosci do stosowania jako tkanina dekoracyjna, obiciowa lub zaslonowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac tkaniny, przejawiajaca sie w je j rysunku, motywach zdobniczych w ich wzajemnym ukladzie, kolorystyce i fakturze powierzchni, nadajac jej oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. Wzór tkaniny ozdobnej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nie jest dotychczas znany w istniejacym asortymencie tkanin ozdobnych, pomimo stosowania figur geometrycznych, jednakze kazdorazowo w innym rysunku i zestawieniu nadajac odmienny wyglad w porównaniu do przedmiotu zgloszenia. Wzór tkaniny ozdobnej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego to zespól motywów zdobniczych o charakterze geometrycznym, powstaly przez powtarzanie na tkaninie okreslonego ukladu motywów zdobniczych, co nadaje tkaninie nowy i niespotykany dotychczas oryginalny wyglad. Tkanina ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace motywy zdobnicze: pola prostokata ze zdobieniami w postaci linii i prostokatnych drobnych oczek, pola o ksztalcie rombów podzielonych wzdluz dluzszej osi na ciemniejsze i jasniejsze pola, pola prostokata ze zdobieniem w postaci pieciu figur w ksztalcie podobnym do rombów, oraz trzech wygietych linii rozmieszczonych i przemiennie skierowanych w kazdym z poziomych rzedów zdobien tkaniny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek zestawu elementów zdobqiczych tkaniny,fig. 2 fotografie z przestrzennie rozmieszczonymi elementami zdobniczymi na powierzchni tkaniny ozdobnej i fig. 3 przedstawia próbke materialu wedlug wzoru wraz z fragmentem zdobienia tkaniny ozdobnej. Tkanina ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada lekko prazkowana powierzchnie liniami nieregularnie wijacymi sie, na której rozmieszczone sa powtarzajace sie elementy zdobnicze w ukladzie poziomym, odwróconym przemiennie i przesunietym o pól dlugosci motywu zdobniczego w kazdym kolejnym nizszym rzedzie. Zasadniczym elementem zdobniczym jest zestaw skladajacy sie z rozmieszczonych obok siebie prostokatów i sasiadujacych wijacych sie dwóch pelnych i jednej przerwanej Mi podobnych ksztaltem do splaszczonej i wydluzonej litery S. Poszczególne pola prostokatów wypelnione sa dodatkowo elementami zdobniczymi. I tak jeden prostokat posiada na swojej powierzchni piec figur o ksztalcie podobnym do rombu o wyraznie zarysowanych jasnych i ciemniejszych bokach i wyraznym wypelnieniu srodków w ukladzie dwa romby u góry, dwa romby u dolu i jeden posrodku. Drugi prostokat posiada w jednej czesci drobno kratkowana powierzchnie o prostokatnych drobnych kratkach z zaznaczonymi zaciemnionymi i jasnymi niektórymi kratkami, natomiast w drugiej czesci posiada ciemniejsze i jasniejsze paski biegnace wzdluz pionowego kratkowania, przy czym na czesci tych kratek nalozony jest poziomo ozdobnik w ksztalcie rombu podzielony wzdluz dluzszej osi na jasne i ciemne pole. Na ciemniejszym polu znajduja sie trzy ciemniejsze od tla listki, a na jasnym polu dwa ciemniejsze od tla listki. Ponizej znajduje sie motyw w postaci dwóch pelnych i trzeciej przerwanej posrodku fali na jasniejszym nieco tle skierowanych w przeciwna strone laczac kolejny odwrócony pas zdobien. W tym zestawieniu wierzchnia i przerwana posrodku dolna wygieta w postaci splaszczonej i wydluzonej litery S fala posiada ciemniejsza barwe, a w górnym odcinku ma jasne, niewielkie pola, natomiast zarys srodkowej fali jest jasny. Tkanina ozdobna w miejscach gdzie nie wystepuja opisane zdobienia posiada równiez ciemniejsze nieregularne pole, cyklicznie powtarzalne w sasiedztwie prostokata z drobno kratkowana powierzchnia, a pozostala powierzchnia tkaniny jest jeszcze dodatkowo zdobiona ciemniejszym, prazkowaniem w postaci pogietych linii.Cechy charakterystyczne. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór tkaniny, na który sklada sie oryginalny uklad powtaizalnych cyklicznie motywów zdobniczych na calej powierzchni, koloiystyka i faktura powierzchni tkaniny. Motywami zdobniczymi sa prostokatne pola z takimi zdobieniami jak elementy zdobnicze w ukladzie poziomym, odwróconym przemiennie i przesunietym o pól dlugosci motywu zdobniczego w kazdym kolejnym nizszym rzedzie. Zasadniczym elementem zdobniczym jest zestaw skladajacy sie z rozmieszczonych obok siebie prostokatów i sasiadujacych wijacych sie dwóch pelnych i jednej przerwanej fali podobnych ksztaltem do splaszczonej i wydluzonej litery S. Poszczególne pola prostokatów wypelnione sa dodatkowo elementami zdobniczymi. I tak jeden prostokat posiada na swojej powierzchni piec figur o ksztalcie podobnym do rombu o wyraznie zarysowanych jasnych i ciemniejszych bokach i wyraznym wypelnieniu srodków w ukladzie dwa romby u góry, dwa romby u dolu i jeden posrodku. Drugi prostokat posiada w jednej czesci drobno kratkowana powierzchnie o prostokatnych drobnych kratkach z zaznaczonymi zaciemnionymi i jasnymi niektórymi kratkami, natomiast w drugiej czesci posiada ciemniejsze i jasniejsze paski biegnace wzdluz pionowego kratkowania, przy czym na czesci tych kratek nalozony jest poziomo ozdobnik w ksztalcie rombu podzielony wzdluz dluzszej osi na jasne i ciemne pole. Na ciemniejszym polu znajduja sie trzy ciemniejsze od tla listki, a na jasnym polu dwa ciemniejsze od tla listki. Ponizej znajduje sie motyw w postaci dwóch pelnych i trzeciej przerwanej posrodku fal na jasniejszym nieco tle skierowanych w przeciwna strone laczac kolejny odwrócony pas zdobien. W tym zestawieniu wierzchnia i przerwana posrodku dolna wygieta w postaci splaszczonej i wydluzonej litery S fala posiada ciemniejsza barwe, a w górnym odcinku ma jasne, niewielkie pola, natomiast zarys srodkowej fali jest jasny. Tkanina ozdobna w miejscach gdzie nie wystepuja opisane zdobienia posiada równiez ciemniejsze, nieregularne pole cyklicznie powtarzalne w sasiedztwie prostokata z drobno kratkowana powierzchnia, a pozostala powierzchnia tkaniny jest jeszcze dodatkowo zdobiona ciemniejszym prazkowaniem w postaci pogietych linii.Motywy zdobnicze powtarzane w sposób uporzadkowany na tkaninie, oraz przy zastosowaniu róznych, wyraznie lub lekko kontrastujacych kolorów i faktura powierzchni materialu nadaja tkaninie ozdobnej oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad umozliwiajacy szereg praktycznych zastosowan.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a thick, patterned, colorful decorative fabric with geometric motifs, intended specifically for use as a decorative fabric, upholstery, or curtain. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, decorative motifs in their mutual arrangement, color, and surface texture, giving it an original and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The pattern of the decorative fabric based on the industrial design is previously unknown in the existing range of decorative fabrics, despite the use of geometric shapes, but each time in a different pattern and arrangement, giving a different appearance compared to the subject of the application. The pattern of the decorative fabric based on the industrial design is a set of geometric decorative motifs, created by repeating a specific arrangement of decorative motifs on the fabric, giving the fabric a new and previously unseen original appearance. The decorative fabric according to the industrial design features the following decorative motifs: rectangular fields with decorations in the form of lines and small rectangular meshes, diamond-shaped fields divided along the longer axis into darker and lighter fields, rectangular fields with decorations in the form of five diamond-shaped figures, and three curved lines arranged and directed alternately in each of the horizontal rows of fabric decorations. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 presents a drawing of a set of decorative elements for the fabric, Fig. 2 presents photographs with spatially arranged decorative elements on the surface of the decorative fabric, and Fig. 3 presents a sample of the material according to the design along with a fragment of the decorative fabric decoration. The decorative fabric, based on an industrial pattern, has a slightly striated surface with irregularly curling lines, on which repeating decorative elements are arranged horizontally, alternately inverted and shifted by half the length of the decorative motif in each successive lower row. The basic decorative element is a set of adjacent, curling rectangles: two solid and one broken rectangle, resembling a flattened and elongated letter S. Individual rectangle fields are additionally filled with decorative elements. For example, one rectangle has five rhombus-like figures on its surface, with clearly defined light and darker sides and distinctly filled centers, in an arrangement of two rhombuses at the top, two rhombuses at the bottom, and one in the middle. The second rectangle has a finely checkered surface in one part, with small rectangular grids marked with some darkened and some light grids. The other part has darker and lighter stripes running along the vertical grid. A diamond-shaped ornament is horizontally applied to some of these grids, divided along the longer axis into light and dark fields. The darker field contains three leaves darker than the background, while the light field contains two leaves darker than the background. Below this motif is two full waves and a third, broken in the middle, on a slightly lighter background, facing in opposite directions, connecting another inverted strip of ornamentation. In this arrangement, the upper wave and the lower wave, broken in the middle, curved in the form of a flattened and elongated letter S, are darker in color, while the upper section has small, light fields, while the outline of the central wave is light. The decorative fabric, in places where the described decorations do not occur, also features a darker, irregular field, cyclically repeating adjacent to a rectangle with a finely checkered surface. The remaining fabric surface is additionally decorated with darker, striped patterns in the form of curved lines. Characteristic features: The essential features of the industrial design are the fabric's individual pattern, which consists of an original arrangement of cyclically repeating decorative motifs across the entire surface, a circular pattern, and the texture of the fabric's surface. The decorative motifs are rectangular fields with such decorations as decorative elements in a horizontal arrangement, alternately inverted, and shifted by half the length of the decorative motif in each subsequent lower row. Decorative motifs repeated in an orderly manner on the fabric, and with the use of various, clearly or slightly contrasting colors and textures of the material surface, give the decorative fabric an original and aesthetic appearance enabling a number of practical applications.
