Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest gruba, wzorzysta i barwna tkanina dekoracyjna z motywami kwiatowymi i geometrycznymi, przeznaczona w szczególnosci do stosowania jako tkanina dekoracyjna, obiciowa, lub zaslonowa. Pierwszym elementem zdobniczym jest prostokatne pole z lekko kolorystycznie zaznaczona potrójna ramka o ciemniejszym tle wewnatrz której znajduje sie galazka z czterema rozwinietymi szescioplatkowymi jasniejszymi glówkami kwiatów, oraz drobnymi listkami z wyraznym ciemniejszym obrysem glówek kwiatów i listków. Czterokwiatowa galazka ulozona ukosnie do boków prostokata, po prawej stronie posiada dwie rozwiniete glówki szescioplatkowych kwiatków, jeden kwiat szescioplatkowy na wierzcholku galazki i jeden szescioplatkowy kwiat po lewej stronie galazki. W dolnej czesci pod kwiatkami po stronie prawej znajduje sie jeden listek, po stronie lewej dwa listki i jeden listek ponizej kwiatka wierzcholkowego. Obrysy platków kwiatowych, lodyg oraz lisci wraz z ich unerwieniem i srodki kwiatów zaznaczone sa kontrastujacym kolorem. Pole prostokata posiada wzdluzne lekko oznaczone prazki równolegle do dluzszych scian prostokata. Drugim elementem zdobniczym jest prostokatne pole z jednym rozwinietym szescioplatkowym kwiatem, którego obrys, srodek kwiatka i unerwienie zaznaczone sa wyraznym ciemniejszym obrysem. Prostokatne pole krótszego boku nad kwiatkiem posiada podwójna linie, wnetrze pola nie zakryte przez kwiat posiada prazkowanie równolegle do dluzszego boku prostokata, zas dolny bok prostokata styka sie z wiekszym poziomo rozmieszczonym wiekszym polem prostokata, którego powierzchnia jest prazkowana. Na tle tego prazkowania rozmieszczone sa dwa elementy zdobnicze w postaci zwijanych galazek o szesciu odnózkach ulozone poprzecznie do boków prostokata. Te elementy zdobnicze posiadaja wyrazny ciemniejszy odcien. Trzecim elementem zdobniczym tkaniny dekoracyjnej jest figura w postaci prostej lub odwróconej litery L, która dodatkowo po bokach stanowiacych kat prosty ozdobiono wzdluznym i punktowymi polami i nalozona geometryczna figura w postaci pozawijanej galazki o czterech koncach. Obrys litery i nalozonej pozawijanej galazki posiadaja wyrazny ciemniejszy obrys.Drugi i trzeci element zdobniczy tkaniny umiejscowiony jest w nizszym poziomym pasie pomiedzy polami prostokatów pierwszego elementu zdobniczego, natomiast pierwszy element zdobniczy z obu stron równiez otoczony jest z obydwu stron elementami drugim i trzecim. Motywy zdobnicze powtarzane w sposób uporzadkowany na tkaninie, oraz przy zastosowaniu róznych, wyraznie kontrastujacych kolorów i faktury powierzchni materialu nadaja tkaninie dekoracyjnej oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy szereg mozliwych zastosowan jako tkanina dekoracyjna, obiciowa i zaslonowa. Cechy charakterystyczne Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter barwny wzór tkaniny, na który sklada sie oryginalny uklad trzech zasadniczych powtarzanych cyklicznie motywów zdobniczych na calej powierzchni jasnego tla drobno nakrapianego ciemnymi, drobnymi kropkami i faktura powierzchni tkaniny. Motywami zdobniczymi sa: prostokatne ciemniejsze prazkowane pola z galazka o czterech rozwinietych szescioplatkowych kwiatkach i listkami, prazkowane pole prostokata z rozwinieta glówka szescioplatkowego kwiatka z przyleglym prazkowanym polem na którym znajduja sie dwie oddzielne galazki kazda o szesciu zawinietych koncach i motyw w postaci prostej lub odwróconej litery L wraz z galazka o czterech zawinietych koncach. Motywy zdobnicze powtarzane w sposób uporzadkowany na tkaninie, oraz przy zastosowaniu róznych, wyraznie lub lekko kontrastujacych kolorów i faktura powierzchni materialu nadaja tkaninie dekoracyjnej oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy szereg mozliwych zastosowan.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a thick, patterned, and colorful decorative fabric with floral and geometric motifs, intended specifically for use as a decorative fabric, upholstery, or curtain. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, color scheme, decorative motifs, their arrangement, and surface texture, giving it an original and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The decorative fabric pattern based on the industrial design is previously unknown in the existing range of decorative fabrics, despite the use of geometric figures and stylized plants, although in a different arrangement, providing a distinct appearance compared to the subject of the application. The fabric pattern based on the industrial design is a set of decorative motifs of a geometric and stylized plant nature, created by repeating a specific arrangement of decorative motifs on the fabric, giving the fabric a new, previously unseen, original appearance. The fabric, based on the industrial design, features the following decorative motifs: rectangular fields of varying sizes and varying field striations, floral branches and small leaves, flower heads, and geometric elements in the form of stylized, curled figures with multiple branches. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 presents a drawing of the fabric's decorative elements, Fig. 2 presents photographs of spatially arranged decorative elements on the surface of the decorative fabric, and Fig. 3 presents a material sample with a fragment of the decorative fabric's decoration. The decorative fabric, based on an industrial design, features a light background finely speckled with dark dots, on which three repeating decorative elements are arranged horizontally, offset every other row by half the distance between the motif fields. Plant motifs with a distinctly dark outline clearly stand out from the background. The first decorative element is a rectangular field with a subtly colored triple frame on a darker background, within which lies a branch with four unfolded, six-petaled, lighter flower heads, and small leaves with a distinct, darker outline of the flower heads and leaves. A four-flowered branch, arranged diagonally to the sides of a rectangle, has two open heads of six-petaled flowers on the right side, one six-petaled flower at the top of the branch, and one six-petaled flower on the left side of the branch. In the lower part, beneath the flowers on the right side, there is one leaf; on the left side, there are two leaves, and one leaf below the apical flower. The outlines of the flower petals, stems, and leaves, along with their veins, and the flower centers are marked in a contrasting color. The rectangle field has longitudinal, faintly marked stripes parallel to the longer sides of the rectangle. The second decorative element is a rectangular field with one open six-petaled flower, whose outline, flower center, and veins are clearly marked with a darker outline. The rectangular field on the shorter side above the flower features a double line. The interior of the field, not covered by the flower, features a striation parallel to the longer side of the rectangle. The lower side of the rectangle abuts a larger, horizontally arranged rectangular field with a striated surface. Against this striation are two decorative elements in the form of curled branches with six branches arranged crosswise to the sides of the rectangle. These decorative elements have a distinct, darker shade. The third decorative element of the decorative fabric is a figure in the form of a straight or inverted letter L, which is additionally decorated with longitudinal and dotted fields on the sides constituting a right angle, and a superimposed geometric figure in the form of a curled branch with four ends. The outline of the letter and the superimposed curled branch have a distinct, darker outline. The second and third decorative elements of the fabric are positioned in a lower horizontal band between the rectangles of the first decorative element, while the first decorative element is also surrounded on both sides by the second and third elements. The decorative motifs, repeated in an orderly manner on the fabric, and the use of various, clearly contrasting colors and material surface textures, give the decorative fabric a unique appearance, enabling a wide range of possible applications as decorative fabric, upholstery, and curtain fabrics. The essential features of the industrial design are the fabric's individually colored pattern, which consists of an original arrangement of three basic, cyclically repeated decorative motifs across the entire surface of a light background finely speckled with dark, tiny dots and the texture of the fabric surface. The decorative motifs include: rectangular, darker, striped fields with a branch of four unfolded six-petal flowers and leaves; a striped rectangular field with an unfolded six-petal flower head and an adjacent striped field with two separate branches, each with six curled ends; and a motif in the form of a straight or inverted letter L with a branch with four curled ends. The decorative motifs, repeated in an orderly manner on the fabric, and the use of various, distinctly or slightly contrasting colors and material surface textures, give the decorative fabric an original appearance, allowing for a wide range of possible applications.
