Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest gruba, wzorzysta i barwna tkanina dekoracyjna z motywami roslinnymi, przeznaczona w szczególnosci do stosowania jako tkanina dekoracyjna, ozdobna, obiciowa, lub zaslonowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac tkaniny, przejawiajaca sie w jej rysunku, kolorystyce, motywach zdobniczych, w ich ukladzie i fakturze powierzchni nadajac je j oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, color scheme, decorative motifs, their arrangement, and surface texture, giving it an original and aesthetic appearance. The decorative fabric pattern based on the industrial design is previously unknown in the existing range of decorative fabrics, despite the use of plant motifs and stylized plant garlands, although in a different arrangement, creating a different appearance compared to the subject of the application. The decorative fabric pattern is characterized by a horizontal arrangement of two colored stripes of two different colors and shades, separated by a distinct, contrasting darker line separating the adjacent lighter and darker colored stripes. These stripes alternate along the entire length of the fabric. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a drawing of a set of decorative elements of the decorative fabric on adjacent stripes, Fig. 2 shows photographs of colored stripes and spatially arranged decorative elements on the surface of the decorative fabric, and Fig. 3 shows a sample of the material with a fragment of the decorative fabric decoration. The decorative fabric pattern according to the industrial design is a set of floral ornamental motifs, created by repeating a specific arrangement of decorative motifs on the fabric, giving the fabric a new, unique look. The fabric according to the industrial design features alternating colored stripes: slightly wider light beige stripes and slightly narrower brown stripes, separated by a thin dark brown line. The decorative motif of the light beige field is garlands in the form of branches with stylized leaves of various sizes arranged on a longitudinal branch that winds across its entire width, with numerous twining branches terminating in leaf buds or as-yet-unopened flowers of varying sizes. The leaves and plant branches are a distinctly lighter golden yellow, on the light stripe, and their outlines are marked with a darker thread. The leaves themselves have darker outlines of leaf veins inside. On the slightly narrower brown adjacent strips of fabric, there are small plant motifs in the form of a dense garland of plants in the color of the background, as well as small leaves, heads of open flowers, and geometric elements in the form of stylized, curled figures with many branches. The decorative fabric, based on the industrial design, features a two-strip alternating pattern of ornaments across the entire width of the fabric. The stripes themselves are distinct in color and differ slightly in width, separated by a narrow, contrasting line. The decorative motifs are repeated in an orderly manner on the fabric, using different, clearly contrasting colors on the light stripe and the material's surface texture, giving the decorative fabric a unique appearance that allows for a wide range of possible applications as decorative, ornamental, upholstery, and curtain fabrics. The essential features of the industrial design are the multicolored fabric pattern, which has a unique character, consisting of an original arrangement of cyclically repeated decorative motifs on the entire material surface and the fabric's surface texture. The decorative motif here is a horizontal arrangement of two colorful stripes of two different colors and shades, each with a slightly different width, separated by a distinct, contrasting, darker line separating adjacent colored stripes. These stripes alternately repeat along the entire length of the fabric. The decorative motif on the light beige field consists of garlands in the form of branches with stylized leaves of various sizes arranged on a longitudinal branch that winds along its entire width, with numerous winding branches terminating in leaf buds or unopened flowers of varying sizes. The leaves and twigs are a distinctly lighter golden yellow, and their outlines are marked with a darker thread. The leaves themselves have darker outlines of leaf veins inside. On slightly narrower, adjacent brown strips of fabric, separated by a distinct, darker line, appear small plant motifs in the form of a dense garland of plants matching the background color and small leaves, as well as heads of blooming flowers and geometric elements in the form of stylized, curled figures with many branches. The decorative motifs, repeated in an orderly manner on the fabric, and the use of various, distinctly or slightly contrasting colors and material surface textures, give the decorative fabric an original look that allows for a wide range of applications.
