Wzór tkaniny „KACZAR" - wg wzoru przemyslowego nie jest dotychczas znany w istniejacym na rynku tapicerskim asortymencie tkanin obiciowych ani tez dekoracyjnych , mimo wystepowania tkanin z wzorem pasów, jednakze w innym ukladzie, w innej kolorystyce i w odmiennej fakturze obu pasów , a takze z odmiennym motywem zdobniczym wykonanym na pasie zakardowym. Wzór tkaniny „KACZAR" charakteryzuje sie poziomym ukladem dwóch jednakowej szerokosci pasów, które przemiennie powtarzaja sie wzdluz calej szerokosci tkaniny . Jeden z tych pasów tkany jest jednobarwna nitka szenilowa : bezowa, brazowa , zólta czerwona, seledynowa w zaleznosci od odmiany . Drugi z pasów tkany jest zlota poliestrowa nitka . Na pasie zakardowym znajduje sie charakterystyczny haft obrazujacy girlande zlozona z motywów róznej wielkosci lisci, kwiatów i pnaczy . Ozdobny motyw roslinny wykonany jest zlota blyszczaca nitka, która wyraznie odbija sie od matowego zlotego tla. W kazdej odmianie kolorystycznej tego wzoru pojawia sie taki sam pasek zakardowy koloru zlotego z haftem motywu zdobniczego , którym sa stylizowane róznej wielkosci listki, kwiaty i pnacza. W zestawieniu ze zlotymi pasami w kazdej odmianie wystepuja inne kolorystycznie pasy szenilowe. Kazdy z tych kolorów albo wspólgra kolorystycznie tak jak pasek szenilowy zloty , lub kontrastuje , tak jak pasek szenilowy seledynowy , brazowy , czerwony ze zlotym paskiem zakardowym . Cecha wyrózniajaca ten wzór jest zloty pasek zakardowy z bardzo misternie wykonanym motywem zdobniczym . Pasek ten w zestawieniu z kazdym kolorem paska szenilowego czyni te tkanine bogata i jakby decyduje o jej specyficznym przeznaczeniu . PLThe industrial design is for a thick, patterned, multicolored striped chenille-jacquard fabric called KACZAR. It is intended specifically for upholstering stylish furniture—sofas, armchairs, and chairs—as well as for interior decoration, such as curtains, covers, and decorative pillows. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, color, arrangement, and width of stripes, as well as the decorative motifs appearing on the jacquard strip. This unique set of stripes, made with contrasting color chenille and jacquard threads, and the distinct surface textures of both stripes, along with the embroidery on the jacquard strip, gives the fabric a unique and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The "KACZAR" fabric pattern, based on an industrial design, is not yet known in the existing range of upholstery or decorative fabrics on the upholstery market. Despite the existence of fabrics with a striped pattern, these are in a different arrangement, different colors, and different textures for both stripes, as well as with a different decorative motif on the jacquard strip. The "KACZAR" fabric pattern is characterized by a horizontal arrangement of two stripes of equal width, which alternately repeat along the entire width of the fabric. One of these stripes is woven with a single-color chenille thread: beige, brown, yellow, red, or celadon, depending on the variety. The second stripe is woven with a gold polyester thread. The jacquard stripe features a distinctive embroidery depicting a garland composed of motifs of various sizes of leaves, flowers, and vines. The decorative floral motif is embroidered with shiny gold thread, which clearly stands out against the matte gold background. Small triangles are embroidered in straight lines with shiny gold thread along both edges of the jacquard stripe, giving the impression that the jacquard stripe is sewn onto a chenille stripe. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration and samples. Fig. 1 presents an enlarged drawing of the stripe set, copied in black and white, with the outline of the decorative elements. Each color variation of this pattern features the same gold jacquard stripe with an embroidered decorative motif consisting of stylized leaves, flowers, and vines of various sizes. In combination with the gold stripes, each variation also features different colored chenille stripes. Each of these colors either harmonizes, like the gold chenille stripe, or contrasts, like the celadon, brown, or red chenille stripe with the gold jacquard stripe. The distinguishing feature of this pattern is the gold jacquard stripe with its intricately crafted decorative motif. This stripe, combined with each chenille stripe color, gives this fabric a rich character and, as it were, defines its specific purpose. The large amounts of gold color make this fabric suitable for upholstering antique furniture and decorating stylish interiors.
