Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przednia samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu lampy przedniej samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia lampe przednia samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- lampe w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu i z przodu, fig.3- lampe w widoku z przodu, fig.4- lampe w widoku z tylu, fig.5- lampe w widoku z boku, fig.6- lampe w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- lampe w widoku z góry, a fig.8- lampe w widoku z dolu. Lampa przednia samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: pokrywa szklana lampy ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys czworoboku, którego boki sa lukowate, przy czym na powierzchni pokrywy, od strony bocznej, znajduja sie wkleslosci i wypuklosci tworzace postac kratki, zas w widoku z góry i z dolu powierzchnia pokrywy tworzy zarys rozwartokatny. W polu sciany górnej lampy widoczne sa wkleslosci o zarysach trapezowych, a w polu sciany dolnej widoczne sa wypuklosci liniowe tworzace gesta kratke oraz obszar o zarysie wieloboku podzielony na pola kwadratowe i czworoboczne. Na jednej ze scianbocznych lampy widoczne sa dwa walcowe wystepy, usytuowane jeden nad drugim. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the car headlight. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a car headlight in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 2 shows the headlight in perspective views from below and from the front; Fig. 3 shows the headlight in front view; Fig. 4 shows the headlight in rear view; Fig. 5 shows the headlight in side view; Fig. 6 shows the headlight in the other side view; Fig. 7 shows the headlight in top view; and Fig. 8 shows the headlight in bottom view. An industrial-design car headlight has the following significant features: the glass cover of the lamp, in front view, has a quadrilateral outline with arcuate sides. The side surface of the cover has concavities and convexities forming a grid, while in top and bottom views, the cover surface forms an obtuse-angled outline. The upper wall of the lamp has trapezoidal concavities, while the lower wall has linear convexities forming a dense grid and a polygonal area divided into square and quadrilateral areas. One of the side walls of the lamp has two cylindrical projections, one above the other. The rear wall of the lamp is three-segmented, wherein in the rear wall area of the middle segment, which protrudes most towards the rear, a rectangular cover is visible, and in the rear wall areas of the side segments, circular inserts are visible, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 8.
