Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie powierzchni oraz stylizowanej grafice. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.l oraz fig. 2. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje z przenikajacymi sie motywami kól, prostokatów i trójkatów oraz przecinajace sie linie ulozone pod róznymi, dowolnymi katami. Kolorystycznie elementy te sa o róznych odcieniach jasniejszych i ciemniejszych dowolnie wybranych. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany pokazanej na fig. 1 dywan ma ksztalt prostokata z ciemnym obramowaniem dookola. Na calej powierzchni dywan posiada kompozycje z przenikajacymi sie motywami kól, prostokatów i trójkatów oraz przecinajacymi sie liniami ulozonymi pod róznymi, dowolnymi katami. W czesci srodkowej dywan posiada otwarta kompozycje zamykajaca sie w ksztalt kwadratu i poprzecinane liniami kola polozone wewnatrz tego kwadratu jak i czesciowo w kwadracie a czesciowo na zewnatrz kwadratu.Poszczególne czesci kola poprzecinane liniami posiadaja odcienie o róznych skalach szarosci. Po stronach o krótszych bokach znajduje sie zciemniale, cieniowane tlo powstale z przecinajacych sie dowolnie linii. Druga odmiane stanowi dywan w ksztalcie owalu wg rysunku przedstawionego na fig. 2. Uklad linii, kól, prostokatów i trójkatów jest identyczny jak opisany wedlug fig.l. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi otwarta kompozycja. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the surface arrangement and stylized graphics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet according to the industrial design is a composition with intersecting motifs of circles, rectangles, and triangles, as well as intersecting lines arranged at various, arbitrary angles. The color scheme of these elements is in various shades of lighter and darker, arbitrarily selected. According to the first variant shown in Fig. 1, the carpet is rectangular in shape with a dark border around it. The entire surface of the carpet features a composition with intersecting motifs of circles, rectangles, and triangles, as well as intersecting lines arranged at various, arbitrary angles. In the center, the rug features an open composition, forming a square with circles intersected by lines, located within the square, and partially within the square and partially outside the square. The individual parts of the circle intersected by lines have shades of different grayscales. The shorter sides feature a darkened, shaded background made up of randomly intersecting lines. The second variant is an oval-shaped rug, as shown in Fig. 2. The arrangement of lines, circles, rectangles, and triangles is identical to that described in Fig. 1. The essential features of the industrial design include an open composition.
