DYWAN Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan o kompozycji zamknietej ramka. Dywan wedlug wzoru przedstawiony jest na rysunku. Fig.1 przedstawia dywan w widoku z góry. Cecha charakterystyczna dywanu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada ksztalt zamkniety ramka po zewnetrznych stronach wzoru .Oprócz ramki zewnetrznej wzór posiada równiez dwie ramki wewnatrzne o brzegach róznej grubosci .Tworza one wrazenie dwóch wewnetrznych prostokatów o róznych barwach i cieniach zamykajacych sie barwami naprzemian jasniejszymi i ciemniejszymi .Calosc jest zmelanzowana i cieniowana po przekatnej dwa widoczne cieniowania sprawiajace wrazenie przetarcia siegajace do brzegów wzoru. Wewnatrz srodkowej ramki elementy zdobnicze w ksztalcie nierównomiernie poprzecinanych lini,które tworza nieregularna siatke wzajemnie przecinajacych sie lini o róznych grubosciach i katach nachylenia. Na tle powyzszej siatki dwa elementy w ksztalcie nieregularnych skreconych lini owalnie zakonczonych z których jeden przypomina ksztaltem bumerang a drugi kij hokejowy . W srodkowej ramce znajduje sie element zdobniczy w ksztalcie jajowatym o róznych barwach i cieniach przypominajacy wygladem zalazek nasienia lub muszle. Calosc motywu ozdobnego poprzez cieniowanie poszczególnych elementów zdobniczych stwarza wrazenie kompozycji przestrzennej. Twórca Dorota DobrzanskaFig. 1 PLCARPET The subject of the industrial design is a carpet with a closed frame composition. The carpet according to the design is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the carpet from a top view. A characteristic feature of the carpet according to the industrial design is its shape closed by a frame on the outer sides of the pattern. In addition to the outer frame, the pattern also has two inner frames with edges of different thickness. These create the impression of two inner rectangles of different colors and shades, closing with alternating lighter and darker colors. The entire piece is melanged and shaded diagonally; two visible shadings give the impression of wear, extending to the edges of the pattern. Within the central frame are decorative elements in the shape of unevenly intersected lines, creating an irregular grid of intersecting lines of varying thickness and angles. Against this grid are two elements in the shape of irregular, twisted oval lines, one resembling a boomerang and the other a hockey stick. The central frame features an ovoid decorative element in various colors and shades, resembling a seed bud or a seashell.
