DYWAN Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan o kompozycji zamknietej ramka. Dywan wedlug wzoru przedstawiony jest na rysunku. Fig.l przedstawia dywan w widoku z góry. Cecha charakterystyczna dywanu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada ksztalt zamkniety ramka po zewnetrznej stronie wzoru. Ramki cieniowane sa czescia wzoru .Oprócz ramki zewnetrznej sa jeszcze trzy ramki o róznych szerokosciach,barwach cieniowaniach i melanzach.Dwie wewnetrzne ramki sprawiaja wrazenie lustra wewnatrz,którego znajduja sie elementy zdobnicze. Cale tlo jest zmelanzowane i cieniowane w srodku tlo rozjasnione na nim elementy przypominajace pnacza roslinne wijace sie na okratowaniach wewnatrz, których widoczne sa elementy zdobnicze w ksztalcie kwiatów ,lisci .Ostre cieniowania na calym wzorze zachodzace na obrzeza ramek wewnetrznych,rozmywajace sie jasne i ciemniejsze plamy. Calosc motywu ozdobnego poprzez cieniowanie poszczególnych elementów zdobniczych stwarza wrazenie kompozycji przestrzennej.Fig. 1 PLCARPET The industrial design is a carpet with a closed frame composition. The carpet according to the design is shown in the drawing. Figure 1 shows the carpet from above. A characteristic feature of the industrial design carpet is its closed frame shape on the outer side of the design. Shaded frames are part of the design. In addition to the outer frame, there are three frames of different widths, shading colors, and melanges. The two inner frames create the impression of a mirror, with decorative elements inside. The entire background is melange and shaded in the center, with lightened elements resembling plant vines winding on the trellises inside, which reveal decorative elements in the shape of flowers and leaves. Sharp shading throughout the pattern extends to the edges of the inner frames, blurring light and darker spots. The entire decorative motif creates the impression of a spatial composition through the shading of individual decorative elements. Fig. 1 PL
