Dywan Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do zastosowania w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest charakterystyczny uklad linii oraz kwadratów, trójkatów i prostokatów przejawiajacy sie w ich wzajemnym rozmieszczeniu. Dywan ma postac prostokata, którego krawedzie otoczone sa jednolita regularna ramka. Dalej, do wewnatrz biegnie kolejna ciensza ramka, a nastepnie grubsza. Wnetrze dywanu poprzecinane jest licznymi liniami, które dziela powierzchnie dywanu na kilka mniejszych plaszczyzn. W jednej z plaszczyzn widoczne jest cieniowanie, które prawie przylega do jednego z mniejszych boków dywanu. Podobne cieniowanie, z tym, ze mniejsze umieszczono w dwóch przeciwleglych rogach dywanu, po srodku przy jednym z dluzszych boków oraz po przeciwnej stronie z tym, ze bardziej w strone rogu. Przy jednym z wezszych boków dywanu umieszczono fantazyjne listki, niedaleko trzy prostokaty, a obok nich linie tworzace okreg, a wewnatrz nich dwa trójkaty stykajace sie ze soba. Dalej jest widoczny uklad kwadratów i prostokatów wraz z okregami. Blisko tego zestawienia znajduje sie fantazyjny róg, z wpisanym w niego mniejszym rogiem oraz malutkim okregiem. W pieciu miejscach na powierzchni dywanu widoczne sa skupiska poplatanych linii przypominajacych szlaczki. Prawie centralnie umieszczono równiez duze cieniowanie z jasniejszym srodkiem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dywan w rzucie pionowym. The essence of the industrial design is a distinctive arrangement of lines, squares, triangles, and rectangles, manifested in their mutual arrangement. The carpet is a rectangle, its edges surrounded by a uniform, regular frame. Further inside, another thinner frame runs, followed by a thicker one. The carpet's interior is intersected by numerous lines that divide the carpet's surface into several smaller planes. One plane features shading that almost adheres to one of the smaller sides of the carpet. Similar shading, however, is smaller in size on two opposite corners of the carpet: in the center near one of the longer sides, and on the opposite side, this time more towards the corner. Fancy leaves are placed on one of the carpet's narrower sides, nearby are three rectangles, and next to them are lines forming a circle, and within them are two interlocking triangles. Further on, a visible arrangement of squares, rectangles, and circles is visible. Near this arrangement is a fanciful corner, with a smaller corner and a tiny circle inscribed within it. In five places on the carpet's surface, clusters of interwoven lines resembling patterns are visible. A large shading with a lighter center is also placed almost centrally.
