Description

Pasta twardnieje w temperaturze otoczenia w czasie 24 godzin, a ostatecznie utwardza sie w typowych próbach maszyny. W trak¬ cie utwardzania pasty, powierzchnia jej pokrywa sie mikroskopijna warstewka oleju silikonowego, który ulatwia zerwanie sie jej w miejscu styku z izolacja i wraz z grafitem stanowi czynnik smarujacy, ulatwiajacy dylatacyjne ruchy preta. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of eliminating the air gap between the winding and the stator in large electric machines, especially air and hydrogen turbogenerators with thermosetting insulation, and a paste for using this method. There is a method of winding large electric machines, which consists in inserting profiled and insulated rods to the stator groove, fill vertical gaps with spacers and wedge them from above. In order to enable the insertion of the bars into the groove, it is necessary to apply transverse clearances of up to 2 mm. It is known to limit this gap by sewing textolite strips between the rod and the groove wall, which does not eliminate the gap, but only limits it. The elimination of the air gap between the winding and the stator in large electric machines, according to the invention, consists in covering the groove of the machine before the winding with conductive paste and the coil before the paste is dry, the thermosetting conductive paste which has a silicone oil added in an amount of at least 2% by weight based on the dry matter content of the paste has been found to be the best result. The paste hardens at ambient temperature within 24 hours and finally cures in typical machine trials. During the hardening of the paste, its surface is covered with a microscopic layer of silicone oil, which facilitates its breaking at the point of contact with the insulation and, together with graphite, is a lubricant, facilitating expansion movement of the rod. Introduction of a new method of eliminating the air gap between the rod and the groove wall. The machines and the development of heat and electric current conductive paste make it possible to completely eliminate the slack in the groove, transfer the electric potential of the groove to the surfaces of the rod insulation, eliminating the possibility of sticking the groove with this surface. The paste is mechanically and thermally resistant to the operating conditions of the machine and allows the rod to move in the groove under the influence of dilatation forces. The slot-free winding of the machine ensures good heat dissipation from the winding, which reduces the operating temperature of the machine, and also protects the insulation against damage due to vibration .2 85 571 As an example, the method of eliminating the air gap between the winding and the stator in large electric machines and the paste for using this method according to the invention is shown below: Conductive paste composed of: 3 kg of graphite, 1 kg of Montana wax, 1 kg of epoxy resin ( epidate 5), 3 kg of toluene, 7 kg of turpentine, 0.1 kg of silicone oil and 0.1 kg of tri-2,4,6- (dimethyl-aminomethyl) phenolic hardener (DMF ^ 3), spray applied with the aid of a gun for the walls of the machine slot with a layer thickness sufficient to completely close the slot, after which the machine is wound by known methods. The paste hardens after a few hours and hardens after the machine is heated to a temperature of 70 ° C. During hardening, the silicone oil contained in the paste is pressed onto the surface, which facilitates the breaking of the filling on the insulation surface and creates it self-lubricating, facilitating expansion movements of the rod.
