Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie slodyczy zlozone z pojemnika i pokrywki, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, korzystnie przezroczystego, przeznaczone do przechowywania i eksponowania lizaków. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Ponadto, wewnetrzna strona pokrywki w czesci pochylej elementy ostroslupowego oraz na scietych narozach tego elementu zaopatrzona jest w tulejki w ksztalcie stozków scietych zaslepione od dolu i otwarte od góry sluzace do umieszczania w nich patyków lizaków, zas w wewnetrznych scietych narozach pokrywki wykonane sa krótkie pionowe odsadzenia, których dolne poziome boki usytuowane sa w jednej plaszczyznie, sluzace do ograniczenia glebokosci umieszczania pokrywki na pojemniku. Z kolei naprzeciw uchwytów na dluzszych scianach elementu ostroslupowego wykonany jest stylizowanymi literami napis „Liwocz". Z kolei, pokrywka pojemnika ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu przechodzacego w ostroslup sciety, przy czym wszystkie krawedzie tej pokrywki sa równiez zaokraglone. W górnej czesci pokrywki na plaskiej powierzchni ostroslupa scietego znajduja sie dwa prostokatne wglebienia o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach, narozach, krawedziach i dnie, spelniajace funkcje jej uchwytów. Ponadto, wewnetrzna strona pokrywki w czesci pochylej ostroslupa wzdluz i w poblizu krawedzi bocznych zaopatrzona jest w tulejki w ksztalcie stozków scietych zaslepione od spodu i otwarte od góry, sluzace do umieszczania w nich patyków lizaków. W wewnetrznych narozach pokrywki oraz w osi symetrii jej scian bocznych wykonane sa krótkie plytkowe pionowe odsadzenia, których dolne poziome boki usytuowane sa w jednej plaszczyznie, sluzace do ograniczania glebokosci umieszczenia pokrywki na pojemniku. The new form and original character of the industrial design are evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a package of sweets with cut corners in an unfolded state from a perspective view from above, Fig. 2 - a variant of a package of sweets with rounded corners in an unfolded state from a perspective view from above, Fig. 3 - the package of sweets shown in Fig. 1 in a folded state in an axial half-sectional view, Fig. 4 - the same package in a view from below, Fig. 5 - the lid of the same package in a top view, Fig. 6 - the same lid in a cross-section along the line A-A in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 - the same lid in a cross-section along the line B-B in Fig. 5, Fig. 8 - the package of sweets shown in Fig. 2 in an unfolded state in a perspective view from above. from the bottom, fig. 9 - the lid of this package in a top view, fig. 10 - the confectionery package in the unfolded state in the cross-section along the line C-C in fig. 9, and fig. 11 - the same package in the unfolded state in the cross-section along the line D-D in fig. 9. The confectionery package shown in figs. 1 and 3-7 consists of a container and a lid placed on it, wherein the container has a shape similar to a cuboid open at the top with side walls in the shape of isosceles trapezoids directed with convergence towards its bottom, wherein the side edges of the container and its lid are cut off, and the lower edges of the container are rounded, and on the outer surface of the bottom of the container there are four projections in the shape of a spherical cap, fulfilling the function of feet. The container's lid, in turn, has a shape similar to a flattened cuboid, transitioning at the top into a truncated pyramid with chamfered corners on both the side walls and the pyramidal elements of the top wall. In the upper part of the lid, on the flat surface of the pyramidal element, there are two rectangular recesses with rounded shorter sides, corners, edges, and bottom, which function as handles. Furthermore, the inner side of the lid, in the inclined section of the pyramidal element and on the cut corners of this element, is equipped with truncated cone-shaped sleeves, plugged at the bottom and open at the top, for inserting lollipop sticks. The inner cut corners of the lid have short vertical offsets, the lower horizontal sides of which are aligned, serving to limit the depth at which the lid can be placed on the container. Opposite the handles, on the longer walls of the pyramidal element, is the inscription "Liwocz" in stylized letters. The confectionery packaging variant shown in Figures 2 and 8-11 also consists of a container and a lid placed on it, where the container has a shape similar to a cuboid open at the top with side walls in the form of isosceles trapezoids tapering towards the bottom, with the lateral and bottom edges of the container being rounded. The inner bottom corners of the container are provided with plate-like vertical offsets, situated in a single horizontal plane, while the outer surface of the container bottom has four spherical cap-shaped protrusions acting as feet. The container lid, in turn, has the shape of a flattened cuboid transitioning into a truncated pyramid, with all edges of the lid also being rounded. The upper part of the lid, on the flat surface of the truncated pyramid, features two rectangular recesses with rounded shorter sides, corners, edges, and bottom, which serve as handles. Furthermore, the inner side of the lid, along the inclined part of the pyramid and near the side edges, is equipped with truncated cone-shaped sleeves, plugged at the bottom and open at the top, for inserting lollipop sticks. The inner corners of the lid and the axis of symmetry of its side walls feature short, plate-like vertical offsets, the lower horizontal sides of which are aligned in a single plane, serving to limit the depth at which the lid can be placed on the container. Essential features of the industrial design Sweets packaging consisting of a container and a lid, made of plastic, preferably transparent, shown in figures 1-11 is characterized in that: - the container has a shape similar to a cuboid open at the top with side walls in the shape of isosceles trapezoids tapering towards its bottom, wherein the side edges of the container and its lid are cut or rounded, and the bottom edges of the container are rounded; - the inner bottom corners of the container are provided with plate-like vertical offsets situated in one horizontal plane, as shown in figures 2 and 8-11; - the container lid has a shape similar to a flattened cuboid, which in its upper part transforms into a truncated pyramid, with the vertical edges of this lid being truncated or rounded; - in the upper part of the lid, on the flat surface of the pyramidal part, there are two rectangular recesses with rounded shorter sides, corners, edges and bottom, which function as its handles, while the inner side of the lid in the inclined part of the pyramidal element is provided with sleeves in the shape of truncated cones open at the top, and in the inner corners of the lid there are short plate-like vertical offsets, the lower horizontal sides of which are situated in one plane; - short vertical plate-shaped offsets of the lid are made both in the inner corners and in the axis of symmetry of the side walls.
