Opakowanie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 3lutego 2004 roku. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, przeznaczone do ozdobnego wyeksponowania i polaczenia w celu wspólnego zbycia: butelki, zwlaszcza alkoholu oraz pojemnika o ksztalcie graniastoslupa, zawierajacego zwlaszcza napoje. Znane sa rozwiazania, stanowiace tekturowa oslone butelek z napojami o postaci prostopadlosciennego tubusa pozbawionego dwóch naprzeciwleglych scianek oraz opakowania w ksztalcie otwartego pudelka, którego scianki maja rózna wysokosc. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i oraz we wlasciwosciach powierzchni, a zwlaszcza jej kolorystyce i ornamentacji. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia schemat zlozonego opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig &,2 i fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie zlozonego opakowania w \yidokach perspektywicznych, a fig. 4 przedstawia fotografie rozlozonego opakowania. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma postac pozbawionego pokrywy pudelka, o podstawie prostokata i niskich sciankach bocznych, z któiych krótsze sa dwudzielne i posiadaja wyciecia, jak na wykroju przedstawionym na fig. 4. Naprzeciwlegle, wezsze bokiprostokatnej podstawy pudelka sa obustronnie przedluzone, tak, ze powstala z nich opaska, skladajaca sie z dwóch, róznej dlugosci, prostokatnych ramion, która obejmuje znajdujace sie w pudelku produkty. Ramiona opaski posiadaja zagiecia i otwory - po jednym prostokatnym i jednym okraglym na kazdym ramieniu opaski - rozmieszczone stosownie do ksztaltu, znajdujacych sie w opakowaniu: butelki i kartonowego pojemnika na napoje. Na koncu ramienia opaski znajduje sie wypustka w ksztalcie zblizonym do równoramiennego trójkata, która w polaczeniu z prostokatnym otworem umieszczonym w dwóch trzecich dlugosci krótszego ramienia opaski tworzy zapiecie, umozliwiajace trwale polaczenie obu ramion opaski. Opakowanie pokryte jest ozdobnymi nadrukami, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1,2,3 i 4. Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego, stanowiacego opakowanie w ksztalcie pudelka, o podstawie prostokata, niskich sciankach bocznych i opasce skladajacej sie z dwóch róznej dlugosci ramion z wycieciami i otworami jest to, ze: 1. czesci skladowe krótszych, bocznych scianek pudelka stanowiacego podstawe, sa róznej dlugosci, jak zostalo przedstawione na fig.4, tak, ze po zlozeniu opakowania, miejsce ich laczenia nie pokrywa sie z osia wzdluzna opakowania; 2. na kazdym z ramion opaski znajduje sie, oprócz wyciecia w ksztalcie kola, takze wyciecie w ksztalcie prostokata, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 4; 3. dluzsze ramie opaski zwienczone jest sie wypustka, korzystnie w ksztalcie zblizonym do równoramiennego trójkata, której szerokosc, po zagieciu konców, wypustki, odpowiada dlugosci dluzszego boku prostokatnego wyciecia w krótszym ramieniu opaski; 4. opakowanie pokryte jest nadrukami, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1,2, 3 i 4; 5. kolor tla na, widocznych po zlozeniu, elementach podstawy oraz na górnej czesci opakowania odpowiada dominujacemu kolorowi etykiety umieszczonej na szyjce butelki; 6. na, widocznych po zlozeniu opakowania, ramionach opaski odwzorowane sa produkty, dla których przeznaczone jest przedmiotowe opakowanie, zwlaszcza butelka i kartonowy pojemnik na napoje. 7. umieszczone zostaly na nim linie, w kontrastowym do tla opakowania kolorze, powtarzajace motywy charakterystyczne dla etykiety umieszczonej na szyjce butelki, w tym, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1, 2, 3 i 4, zwlaszcza linie poziome uformowane centralnie w pólokragla wypuklosc.8. na sciankach bocznych podstawy opakowania znajduja sie wizerunki owoców, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1,2,3 i 4. 9. na opakowaniu umieszczono haslo: „Dobrze byc razem !" oraz nazwe i przepis na drinka, którego podstawowymi skladnikami sa produkty, dla których przeznaczone jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza nazwe „Oranger".Fig.1Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig.4 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 3, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is packaging intended for decorative display and for the combined sale of: a bottle, particularly alcohol, and a prism-shaped container, particularly containing beverages. Known solutions include a cardboard casing for beverage bottles in the form of a rectangular tube without two opposing walls, and packaging in the form of an open box with walls of different heights. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, manifested in its shape and surface properties, particularly its color and ornamentation. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the folded packaging in a perspective view, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show photographs of the folded packaging in perspective views, and Fig. 4 shows photographs of the unfolded packaging. The packaging according to the design has the form of a lidless box with a rectangular base and low side walls, the shorter of which are bipartite and have cutouts, as in the pattern shown in Fig. 4. The opposite, narrower sides of the rectangular base of the box are extended on both sides, so that a band is formed, consisting of two rectangular arms of different lengths, which encloses the products contained in the box. The arms of the band have folds and holes—one rectangular and one circular on each arm—arranged according to the shapes of the bottles and cardboard beverage containers contained in the package. At the end of the arm, there's a protrusion roughly shaped like an isosceles triangle. This, combined with a rectangular hole located two-thirds of the way along the shorter arm of the band, creates a clasp that allows for a permanent connection between the two arms. The packaging is covered with decorative prints, as shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4. Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the subject industrial design, which is a box-shaped packaging with a rectangular base, low side walls and a band consisting of two arms of different lengths with cutouts and holes, are that: 1. the component parts of the shorter side walls of the box constituting the base are of different lengths, as shown in figure 4, so that when the package is folded, their joining point does not coincide with the longitudinal axis of the package; 2. on each of the arms of the band there is, in addition to a circular cutout, also a rectangular cutout, as shown in figure 4; 3. the longer arm of the band is topped with a projection, preferably in the shape of a triangle, the width of which, after folding the ends of the projection, corresponds to the length of the longer side of the rectangular cutout in the shorter arm of the band; 4. the packaging is covered with prints as shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4; 5. the background colour on the base elements and on the upper part of the packaging, visible after folding, corresponds to the dominant colour of the label on the neck of the bottle; 6. the arms of the band, visible after folding, depict the products for which the packaging is intended, in particular a bottle and a cardboard beverage container. 7. it contains lines in a color contrasting to the background of the packaging, repeating the motifs characteristic of the label placed on the neck of the bottle, including, as shown in Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, especially horizontal lines formed in the center in a semicircular convexity. 8. on the side walls of the base of the packaging there are images of fruit, as shown in Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4. 9. on the packaging there is the slogan: "It's good to be together!" and the name and recipe for a drink whose basic ingredients are the products for which the packaging is intended, especially the name "Oranger".
