Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych, Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach z których Fig.l przedstawia uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast Fig. 2 jest pólwidokiem-pólprzekrojem osiowym tego uchwytu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma postac krótkiego odcinka ceownika o nieco wypuklym boku stanowiacym uchwyt wlasciwy i krótkich ramionach bedacych czesciami mocujacymi. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt prostokata, zas czesci mocujace sa prostopadloscianami o podstawie czworokata i nachylonej jednostronnie podstawie górnej, której powierzchnia stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni uchwytu wlasciwego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma postac krótkiego odcinka ceownika o nieco wypuklym boku stanowiacym uchwyt wlasciwy i krótkich ramionach bedacych czesciami mocujacymi. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt prostokata, zas czesci mocujace sa prostopadloscianami o podstawie czworokata i nachylonej jednostronnie podstawie górnej, której powierzchnia stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni uchwytu wlasciwego. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its functional value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 is an axial half-view/half-section of this handle. The two-point furniture handle is in the form of a short section of a channel with a slightly convex side constituting the handle itself and short arms constituting the mounting parts. The handle itself has a rectangular cross-section, while the mounting parts are cuboids with a quadrangular base and an upper base inclined on one side, the surface of which is an extension of the surface of the handle itself.
