Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach na których Fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, a Fig. 2 jest widokiem uchwytu z boku. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma postac bryly o ksztalcie zblizonym do odcinka nierównoramiennego teownika, przy czym ramie tego teownika jest nieco wypukle i dluzsza jego czesc tworzy z bokiem tego teownika kat rozwarty. Ramie stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy i w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego, którego powierzchnia ma równolegle wystepy rozdzielone rowkami. Rowki te sa równolegle do podstaw trapezu. Wieksza podstawa trapezu jest krawedzia krótszego ramienia teownika. Podstawa mniejsza trapezu ma zaokraglone krawedzie. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its functional value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 is a side view of the handle. The two-point furniture handle has a shape similar to a segment of an unequal-sided T-bar, where the arm of the T-bar is slightly convex and its longer part forms an obtuse angle with the side of the T-bar. The arm constitutes the handle proper and, in plan view, has a shape similar to an isosceles trapezoid, whose surface has parallel projections separated by grooves. These grooves run parallel to the bases of the trapezoid. The larger base of the trapezoid is the edge of the shorter leg of the T-bar. The smaller base of the trapezoid has rounded edges.
