Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach z których Fig.1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast Fig. 2 jest pólprzekrojem-pólwidokiem osiowym tego uchwytu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma ksztalt krótkiego odcinka ceownika, którego ramiona sa czesciami mocujacymi uchwytu, a bok stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy. Kazda z czesci mocujacych ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego polaczonego wieksza podstawa z uchwytem wlasciwym, a ponadto ma wydrazenie zlokalizowane od wewnetrznej strony uchwytu. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma postac prostokatnej plytki o lekko zalamanych krawedziach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma ksztalt krótkiego odcinka ceownika, którego ramiona sa czesciami mocujacymi uchwytu, a bok stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy. Kazda z czesci mocujacych ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego polaczonego wieksza podstawa z uchwytem wlasciwym, a ponadto ma wydrazenie zlokalizowane od wewnetrznej strony uchwytu. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma postac prostokatnej plytki o lekko zalamanych krawedziach. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's new form, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its functional value. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 is a half-sectional, half-axial view of this handle. The two-point furniture handle is shaped like a short section of a channel bar, the arms of which are the handle's mounting parts, and the side constitutes the handle itself. Each mounting part has a cross-sectional shape of an isosceles trapezoid connected to the handle itself by a larger base. Furthermore, it has a recess located on the inside of the handle. The handle itself is a rectangular plate with slightly bent edges.
