Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przenosny obiekt budowlany, przeznaczony do prowadzenia dzialalnosci uslugowej, zwlaszcza handlowej i gastronomicznej. Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii obiektu. Najbardziej postaciowo do wzoru zblizona jest altana przenosna wedlug polskiego wzoru przemyslowego nr 3111, która ma lukowate sciany zewnetrzne, zbiezne ku górze i rozmieszczone regularnie na planie kola oraz ma dach o ksztalcie zblizonym do czaszy. Przedmiot wzoru w dwóch odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia widok z boku obiektu budowlanego w pierwszej odmianie, fig.2 - widok z boku obiektu budowlanego w drugiej odmianie, fig.3 - widok od strony wejscia obiektu budowlanego w pierwszej odmianie, fig.4 - widok z tylu obiektu budowlanego w pierwszej odmianie, fig.5 - widok od strony wejscia obiektu budowlanego w drugiej odmianie, a fig.6 - widok z tylu obiektu budowlanego w drugiej odmianie. W obu odmianach wzoru, obiekt budowlany ma sciany zewnetrzne rozmieszczone na planie czworoboku, przy czym wszystkie sciany sa ukosnie zbiezne ku górze. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru sciany zewnetrzne sa rozmieszczone na planie kwadratu, a w drugiej odmianie - na planie prostokata. Poza tym, w obu odmianach wzoru obiekt budowlany posiada dach o czterech spadach, przy czym w pierwszej odmianie wzoru obiekt ma dach namiotowy, zas w drugiej odmianie wzoru - dach kopertowy. ^ W scianach zewnetrznych obiektu budowlanego usytuowane sa okna i drzwi, rozciagajace sie w zasadzie na calej wysokosci scian. Okna moga byc stale lub ruchome, a drzwi jedno lub wieloskrzydlowe, co w niczym nie zmienia istoty wzoru.Cala konstrukcja nosna obiektu jest wsparta na podwalinie z belek, posadowionych na podlozu. Obiekt budowlany moi« w razie potrzeby miec wewnatrz rozbieralna podloge, a na zewnatrz drewniane podesty i schody, co nie zmienia istoty wzoru, natomiast pozwala na prosta i dogodna zmiane miejsca usytuowania. Wzór nadaje sie do przemyslowego lub rekodzielniczego odtwarzania przy uzyciu powszechnie znanych technologii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. We wszystkich odmianach wzoru obiekt budowlany ma dach o czterech spadach, a sciany zewnetrzne rozmieszczone na planie czworoboku i ukosnie zbiezne ku górze. 2. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru obiekt budowlany ma dach namiotowy. 3. W drugiej odmianie wzoru obiekt budowlany ma dach kopertowy. 4. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru obiekt budowlany ma sciany zewnetrzne rozmieszczone na planie kwadratu. 5. The essence of the design lies in its novel form, manifested in the shape and layout of the structure. The most similar design is the portable gazebo according to Polish industrial design no. 3111, which has arched exterior walls that converge upward and are arranged regularly on a circular plan, and a roof with a dome-like shape. The design in two variations is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the building in the first variation, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the building in the second variation, Fig. 3 shows a view from the entrance side of the building in the first variation, Fig. 4 shows a rear view of the building in the first variation, Fig. 5 shows a view from the entrance side of the building in the second variation, and Fig. 6 shows a rear view of the building in the second variation. In both variations of the design, the building has exterior walls arranged in a quadrangular plan, with all walls converging diagonally upward. In the first variation, the exterior walls are arranged in a square plan, and in the second variation, in a rectangular plan. Furthermore, in both variations of the design, the building has a four-pitched roof, with the first variation having a hipped roof, while the second variation has a hipped roof. ^ The exterior walls of the building feature windows and doors, extending essentially the entire height of the walls. Windows can be fixed or movable, and doors can be single- or multi-leaf, which does not change the essence of the design. The entire supporting structure of the building is supported by a beam foundation placed on the ground. The building may, if necessary, have a removable floor inside, and wooden platforms and stairs outside, which does not change the essence of the design but allows for a simple and convenient change of location. The design is suitable for industrial or handicraft reproduction using commonly known technologies. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: 1. In all designs, the building has a four-pitched roof, and the exterior walls are arranged in a quadrangular plan and converge diagonally upwards. 2. In the first design, the building has a hipped roof. 3. In the second variant of the design, the building has a hipped roof. 4. In the first variant of the design, the building has external walls arranged on a square plan. 5. In the second variant of the design, the building has external walls arranged on a rectangular plan.
